This is my second time here and this time me and my family are very disappointed, none of the 5 restaurants they have available are good, the food takes forever and then the quality is so poor, the service is not worth of a HYATT.
The room was dirty when we got in, then asked to clean for 3 times and they didn’t clean it well, my baby crawling was full of fluff, hair and sand, when they came clean for the 4th time we asked them to remove the carpet so it wont be dirty anymore.
Be careful with the super slippery floors al over the property, specially in the BATHROOM!

They provided us with delicious RUM punch and they offered iced cold water infused with lemon. We were transported to our room by a trolley that runs 24/7 across the entire property. He shared great gems and suggestions during our visit. He made our experience so much better by his positive energy. Every employee at the resort catered to our needs and wants. They went above and beyond. WE...

You do need to reserve your table in agave if you want to eat on site as they were booked full every night! The staff was great, very friendly. The weather was absolutely gorgeous, warm and sunny! Bring sunscreen! This is a gated community, and we felt very secure never being on this island before. Most people speak English & Spanish. Road signs are in Spanish and distance is in kilometers, which was Very different for us. 😅 There are a lot of potholes on the island and locals drive very fast, sort of...
