Choosing Montana Wildflower Weddings & Special Events for our big day was one of the best decisions we made! As a couple from Texas, we opted for a destination wedding, turning our celebration into a fantastic vacation wedding weekend for our family and friends. The moment we saw the venue, we were blown away by the breathtaking views and the beautifully maintained grounds, complete with a gorgeous new waterfall. The weather was absolutely perfect, making our outdoor ceremony a dream come true. If you're looking for a summer outdoor wedding, Montana is the place to do it—it's such a beautiful state! Our guests loved exploring nearby attractions like Beartooth Pass, Yellowstone National Park, and even Glacier National Park, making the entire trip a memorable vacation. Spending quality time with our loved ones and vacationing together was a huge factor in our decision, and this venue made it all possible. The venue house is truly amazing! It's huge, beautiful, and we hosted our rehearsal dinner there with about 50 guests comfortably, using tables and chairs on the decks. The house never felt crowded. Our only regret is not booking it for the entire week. If we did it over again, we would absolutely rent the house for the whole week to have both sides of our families meet, hang out, and share meals together. It's a fantastic gathering space! Kari, the owner and our wedding planner, is simply incredible. She made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless. Her responsiveness was unmatched, and she was always there to answer our questions and accommodate our needs. We were constantly impressed by her organization and how she seamlessly managed every detail of the planning. On the wedding day itself, her guidance was invaluable; we felt completely informed and relaxed, knowing we were in expert hands. We also want to give a huge shout-out to Kari's husband! His dedication and willingness to help were truly amazing. He worked tirelessly, even ensuring our elderly and disabled guests were comfortably transported to the ceremony site, making a huge difference. We invested in the "Full Bloom" package, and it was absolutely worth every cent. It truly is a full-service experience that takes care of everything. While the bridal and groom suites are a bit snug for larger groups (and we'd recommend staggering getting ready or utilizing the venue house if possible due to space), this minor point does not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience we had. Keri and her entire team are absolutely incredible. We had Montana Wildflower as our venue and Keri was our day-of-coordinator, along with Kortni. From the first time I met the team for the tour of the venue to the morning after our wedding when we were picking up our decor, everyone at Montana Wildflower was fabulous. Keri is very well-versed in the wedding industry and has worked with a variety of local vendors, which really put my mind at ease when dealing with so many vendors. The team is very responsive and my emails were answered so quickly, and every response email addressed every question I had asked. The team is also very organized and the entire wedding planning experience was seamless and timely because of the MT Wildflower team. Keri was very patient with my planning anxiety and went above and beyond to make sure I was at ease. The team made everything very easy by taking our decor the afternoon before the wedding and setting everything up exactly the way we wanted, and they took everything down and packed it all up for us to easily pick up the next morning. When the wedding day arrived, I had zero doubts or worries about the timeline or the fine details - they were all taken care of by MT Wildflower. I truly felt that my every. want and desire was executed perfectly and I really don't think I could have done it without Keri and her team. Adam and I could not have been more pleased while working with Keri and her team at MWW. The services and experience that MWW provided was wildly generous and was unlike what any other wedding venue offered. My family was truly able to be present during the entire wedding weekend. Keri and her hard working team unpacked, decorated (beautifully!) , and painstakingly re-packed all of our decorations...All to be picked up by 9am the following day!!  I don't know how they did it!    I loved that I didn't have to recruit family members to help with the tear down process at the end of the evening. Everything was handled by MWW, and it was so ridiculously appreciated! That alone was such a huge gift! I was able to drive away with my husband after the reception, and my family wasn't left with chaos of cleanup! Thank you!!!
