Possibly the worst “resort” we’ve ever stayed at, certainly the worst at this price point. The smell of this place is damp, just a pervasive wet. All 4 headboards in two different rooms are damaged vinyl. Clearly not catering to a crowd used to decent furnishings. We are in town for a funeral and were told our two parties would be roomed a couple doors down from each other. Booked directly through the site to ensure that was the case. Instead we were placed on opposite ends of this rundown hotel, too far to even walk. Allegedly they are sold out (on a Sunday-Tuesday? With no events in town in the middle of no where? I find that doubtful) and refused to remedy the situation despite there being children present that need supervision. Last but not least the bathroom floor was covered in someone else’s black hair when we arrived. When we asked that it be cleaned they said housekeeping had gone home for the day. I scrubbed the floor myself. The tv is about 32 inches in all the rooms which is oddly small for a hotel room. The AC is squealing but there is a sound machine present to drown the noise of that and all the people walking overhead. Just an all around awful experience. So many nicer options...

ECR stay was THE perfect location for us to explore and go on winter adventures from Redmond! Just 20-25 minutes to Bend and not far from various trails, waterfall excursions and winter activities.

We came for a week in February and stayed in Unit 318, a two bedroom unit that had all the touches to make you feel at home! They thought about all the things you need to be able to do your own cooking. Well stocked in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The grounds are gorgeously well kept. The living room area and master bedroom upstairs was so inviting and view of the mountains and snow covered golf course was breathtaking.

The 6p check-in time seemed late, but we called ahead to let them know we might be a couple of hours earlier. They couldn’t confirm it would be ready early but when we arrived by 4p…it was! Thank you front desk staff! Unit was so clean too.

We took a peak into two of the sport complexes. Great for those that want to exercise at the resort and for those that have to get their pickleball in! 😉

Look forward to a...

I've been coming a few times a year for 37 years (im 37). I love this place. My second home. I can tell a difference since it switched the reservation company. I liked the old way better. Things were more clean. Process was better. Also they need to figure out a better allroach to the passes you need to get into the rec center.. 2 is not enough. Plus having to find them when we have 5 different people doing different things. Also wish the hot tub stayed open later. Still...

We are locals and had the opportunity to have a family stay-cation at the Eagle Crest Resort. We stayed in a townhouse/condominium that was cute & cozy. We were walking distance from a sports center that we had access to all week. Kids loved the pool, arcade, and views. We will definitely be back! Unfortunately, the spa at Eagle Crest is closed, but there is a nearby one-on-one facial spa in The Village Square!
