Such a beautiful place! The creek totally makes this spot an iconic place to glamp, especially in the summer. The water feels amazingly refreshing, glad I brought my water shoes to get in! Lots of shady trees too, which is a must in the summer time. The evenings are super peaceful with the sound of the water, we could hear it from our yurt all night long. So nice! The yurts are fully furnished and have very comfy beds in them. They also have bug screens on the doors so we were able to keep the critters out and leave our doors open all night. There’s lots of space on the property also, the yurts are spread out so you still have privacy. Plenty of parking and most of the property is flat for easy walking. Absolutely stunning views of the mountains and perfectly temperate waters for a cold plunge in the mornings and a fresh dip in the midday to escape the inevitable California summer heat.

Attended their inaugural event: I could definitely see this area being used as a venue for intimate weddings, community & entertainment events, and private family glamping experiences.

The creek is not deep at all and the current is super mellow right now (perfect for families with kiddos that love to swim).

Moon Valley Creek Ranch was the perfect destination for my family. My 3yo & 5yo daughters loved it! The creek was the perfect depth for us to wade & play safely. We enjoyed trying to catch frogs & minnows. We even found a duck nest with 10 eggs. There was plenty of shade & trees to climb. My husband & I relaxed & enjoyed the comfortable yurts.
