Stayed for 4 days to ski Jay peak, Mont Sutton in Canada and experience with totality of the April 24 eclipse. Lots of space and can accommodate a large group. Make sure to read the fine print of your rental agreement. After you book and you add people they increase the price. Perhaps that's common on rental sites but I'm not used to it. It's definitely old mansion and has lots of character on the inside. The building needs a lot of work on the outside. Also bring your own Roku, Apple TV or fire Stick. There are roku's on all the TVs but the accounts are locked down and there's nothing set up for local content. The mansion is located in downtown Richford Vermont. Easy walk to downtown. Read moreTim and Deb are amazing hosts! The rooms are very clean and quiet, and the small town charm of this inn is amazing! Tim immediately made us feel welcomed in his home. Being only 1 mile from a Canadian border crossing, made it easy to find our way back to the inn after our visit to our northern neighbors. The food was amazing, and had an awesome visual appeal as well. A few hours of chatting with Tim and Deb over a nice glass of wine, made the stay even that much better! We felt completely welcomed the entire stay, and my wife and I felt as if we had made two new friends. As for the future, we will most certainly stay here again, and look forward to seeing Tim and Deb on our next trip!!...
Read moreI was delighted by the promises and pictures on the website and got married here in February 2005. Though we enjoyed ourselves, I wouldn't recommend it. The champagne, chocolates and pictures that are part of the wedding package are a joke, and the inn keeper, Bob, was in the way more often than not.
