My husband and I were so excited to find this gem of RV resort. The resort had numerous amenities, the newer sites very nice., location was close to restaurants, shopping, laundry, pretty much anything you would need.||However, upon our arrival we were not greeted with much respect! The 2 women running the office were down right rude, and nasty. The site was nice gravel, with paved area where the picnic table should have been! The site did have a nice fire pit. We did not get our picnic table until the end of our third week. The pool was not heated( there were rumors by residents that it would not be put in until Mid to end of March. My husband and I stayed Jan. & Feb.. The laundry rooms were pathetic!! Out of 8 washers 1 worked. The dryers were not all working either. When contacting the office, I was given a phone number to call the company who serviced them. The office informed me that they should come service them, but never had. After calling the laundry company the told me the breakdown of the machines were never reported to them. Who Do You believe!!! |The activities director - basically has 2 jobs: 1) puts the calendar out for the month, 2) She has a coffee and donut meeting on Thursday morning. When speaking with her she just informs you she is SO busy!! The RV resort has plenty of activities by the residents who live there. Some of those are; poker, dances, monthly dinners, bingo weekly, lunches, wellness hour, bike rides in the local area, dinner at local restaurants, plus many more. |I had gotten so frustrated with the lack of what was expected I called the cooperate office and spoke to Bill , the district manager. In speaking with him I found out he was not any better. He spoke to me and pretty much gave excuses for everything. It would take to long to repeat everything he said. I was just given lip service! ||The only positive thing that my husband and I got out of staying in the resort is that we made so many new friends.|I will try to get back in touch with the corporate office and speak to someone in the higher offices. They should know just what is going on...
ย ย ย Read moreA fantastic spot to finally unwind and take care of self after many hardships through COVID! I elect a one week stay and find this park amazing. Situated between my children, grandchildren and great granddaughter who need me at this time to be independent after loss of my home and life to LAVA in Hawaii. I purchased this Bclass vehicle and it is sustainable with water and solar and facilities other than shower. They offered me a lot B166 and I stayed only a few hours and asked if it was okay to make this longterm As I so needed the safety and security of reestablishing self past the loss and relocation for my HEALTH CARE and ability to get back to work as a photographer and freelance writer or medical Transcriptionist. I have limited funding and rents are across the board wherever you go higher than ever. I canโt afford on social security. They allowed me a 297 dollar week stay. When I called the office after landing and feeling safe in this 55 plus year community they said sure, come up in the morning and แแง will walk you through it. I went up excitedly in the morning and was told MY VEHICLE WAS NOT A CLASS B??? and therefore I could not stay. I am quiet, a meditator with headphones who practices a healthy lifestyle. What the heck??? Great park but surely there are people with no compassion... now I am back out here in Covid. Where else does somebody go in this situation Triple thumbs down! ๐๐ป ๐๐ป๐๐ป PS MY VAN IS AWESOME AND MORE SUSTAINABLE THAN MANY IN THIS RV park that has mobile homes and a variety of wonderful people. I feel this was a personal reason bc the woman at the front...
ย ย ย Read moreWe have only been here a short time but have exceeded our expectations. We showed up a little early but were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who directed us where our spot was. After we got parked and setting up our campsite we noticed the 50 amp plug was broken and was a little hesitant to plug in. About that time another resident was rolling by in his golf cart and took a look at it and off he went to get the campground electrician who was a very friendly man named Terry who asked if we would go ask at the office for them to write a service order. Before my wife had returned from the office Terry the electrician was almost done replacing the plug and brakes. You just don't get that service like that in the many other campground s we had stayed at. It made me very happy that everyone we dealt with with were friendly and happy to help beings we are going to be here 6 months. Thank you Terry for your prompt service. The park is well kept, the laundry isn't to far away from our lot. And we haven't looked around enough to see the other amenities that are offered (swimming pool, work out room). If things change i will adjust my reviews but I think we will be...
