Terrible. Rented a boat on 9/10/20 and 9/11/20. Waited 15 mintues for the boat which had miscellaneous trash in it. Left the marina and within a few minutes the engine started beeping which after a few more minutes went off. Boated for approximately 20 minutes and it started beeping again and then steering wheel got very tight. I immediately turned off the boat and called the marina in an effort to protect the boat. It took over an hour for them to come and was furtunate to get another boat. Ran most of the day without isssue. Next morning pulled around to get gas and then wanted to top off the oil again. Yes, I feel very saft at this point. On the second day we were also to have a wave runner which they could not deliver because it broke down as well. Nonetheless I asked them for a modest discount and they said they had to check with the "higher ups". When we retunred the boat. Emptied our trash as well as the prior users trash. I then said we had a lot of issue and I felt I should get a minor discount. The answer was NO with no empathy or apology. Unbelievable. Bottom line, there are a lot of nicer marinas and staff on the lake. I'm over 50 years old and have never seen such poor service and lack of client service for multiple products that...

My husband and I decided as are last weekend before become parents we would come out and have lunch at the marina and enjoy the beautiful weather. We walked in and was told to seat ourselves we decided to sit outside at a table top. We sat for 15-20 minutes without so much as a menu or a “we will be right with you”. I am pretty easy going and laid back so it wasn’t a big deal. Multiple waitresses walked past us and one was crying at table and being comforted by what I assumed was her mom and/or aunt. I had absolutely no issues letting her compose her self and helping the customer that were there before us. I did notice two young ladies leaning against the wall near the bar and I assumed they were dock hands so again my feathers didn’t get ruffled. Then two older gentleman come out and seat themselves and before their rear ends even hit the chair a girl jumps off the wall and is offering them menus. That’s where I just had to get up and walk out. It was very obvious we hadn’t been helped yet. It very hard to support a local business when they refuse to even look at you while they walk by to ask their table for the second time if they needed anything. It’s actually offensive to be so blatantly ignored and now we will...

Review for the marina. There are plenty of other marinas, maybe choose one of them. We got a pontoon boat for 8 hours. The beginning inspection report was marked as everything was fine with the boat but the employee told us the horn and the gas gauge weren’t working, so we filled in those details on the bottom before signing. He told us the gas tank should be full & we were fine. The boat was a bit dirtier than others we’ve rented at other lakes around the country. 30 minutes before we were due back at the dock we ran out of gas. Once back at the dock they refused to give us a break on filling up the gas tank. The gauge was broken & there’s no way to tell that we used a full tank of gas. I’d argue we didn’t as we ran out of gas. We’ve done several 8 hour rentals of pontoon boats & never run out of gas before. The experience left a bad taste in our mouth. Costumer service is...

Rented a Tritoon for the day. Signage for boat rental could have been better, but if I would have looked more closely at the email confirmation the picture helps. So I take the blame for having to call the marina to verify where to pickup the boat. Pam was great getting us checked in and on our way. The boat performed well and we had a great day on Norris lake. My only complaint/suggestion, and why they lost one star, is the life jackets on the boat smelled like body odor. There were at least 8 life jackets stuffed into the back storage compartment. They were damp and just nasty. Luckily we brought our own so we didn't have to use them. Seems simple to pull all the jackets out, sanitize them(scuba places have this down for wetsuits), then hang them out to dry for the next customers. Besides that I would recommend twin cove for a boat rental if you have the need.

They mowed every couple days, as well as weed whacked. The Park is a good place for kids as the asphalt drives are great for bicycles. Convenient restaurant on property. Do keep in mind that it is an eighty-year-old State Park. There are great gazebos or shelters available for use with a large fire pit and chimney through the roof. Very idyllic views with the mountains in the background.
