Dillard's R.V. Park — Hotel in Round Top

I have rented a site from this place several times and it’s always been a good time however I called and reserved a spot for 3 nights for a total of $135 on Aug 26th. The lady told me that she would charge me when she got home which was fine. September 12th I called to cancel my reservation due to an issue with my kids football schedule and she told me that she would cancel it and refund me. I waited several days and on September 17th I called again to ask about my refund and was told she was working on getting it rented and would refund me as soon as she did. She never once said that she would only refund if she found someone to replace my reservation with. I called her out on it and she told me that she was doing me a favor and was trying to find someone for the spot. She since has blocked my number and I’m sure I’ll never get my refund. I just got here, but so far it's good except for the heat.

Update well, after I lived here for approx. 2 weeks, I had a fire in my rv. Not enormous, but big enough to disable my living arrangements. I had paid Mrs Dillard $360 for the month,electricity included. Anyway, after the fire, I still had almost 2 weeks left on the rent I had paid. On the day of the fire, I went to stay with my son and Mrs Dillard told me to take my time taking care of things.
