Covered Bridge Motel — Hotel in Rushville

I want to say first the maintenance staff are great, if something needs fixed and it isn't done more than likely it a management issue. We went to look at the rooms and the surrounding area, it's a distance from the begging of the driveway to the actual building. From the road it looks run down a lot. As you drive down the driveway and get closer it's not run down, it's aged ,but the paint color and and lack of gloss of any kind . Which makes it look worse then it is, but they are matching thewooden bridge color themes . Ok so mostly adults, real adults not people over 18 who don't consider that they have neighbors who may not be into your music blaring in your car when they pull up at 2 am. Here is the reason for one star. The room we were shown was a decent size had a desk and room around everything. We were told the price which was more than it should, for $30 more could of went to a chain hotel. I asked one question, are there bugs, roaches bedbugs, or anything in that area of bugs. Lady looked me straight in the eye and said no, not at all. Big lie don't go there. When you see the first roaches and you will and call the office,.she will send.the maintenance guy to spray, and he is polite and genuine. Is thorough in his spraying. But only your room is sprayed so by the next night or sooner usually ones from outside, you can see them on sidewalk at night.or the other rooms they...

I will give this place no stars. Yes they cover all utilities but what they won't tell you about is the bug problem, the electric is faulty. Breaker almost always throws. There is a really bad plumbing issue that never gets fixed. I was locked in my own room cause the door wouldn't open had to have someone come and literally brake into my room. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And you deal with the rudest lady I have ever met to pay rent. This place is...
