Excellent service, informative, educational and not at all pushy or in your face sales. Very easy to compare products on the floor and ask questions. Two months ago we replaced an 18 year old queen Sealy Posturpedic Plush with a Verlo v9 Firm after an hour in the store. We were confident in our purchase due to the Comfort Guarantee. This takes the stress and possible regret/buyers remorse completely away; and they mean it. If it didn't feel comfortable, make us sleep better, satisfy our every expectation; they would come pick it up for free and make any adjustment necessary to make us completely satisfied. The store Manager, David Pye, was thorough and gracious in his explanation of the various types of mattresses available. There was no pressure at all to replace the box springs; so we did not, although that would have doubled the income for the store. Our cost for the two mattresses was $866.44 and they are fabulous!!!!!! In addition, there is a 6 month comfort guarantee that allows one to return the mattress for refitting if that is needed. Purchased a V3 foam recently. The mattress is firmer than I was expecting, but it actually turned out very good. I did also have to wait since this was not a model they kept in stock, but they had basically every other model in stock so I was willing to wait. If you cross-shop other brands/stores you'll see the pricing to be comparable, but check further and you'll see that some only offer 30-60 day warranties (basically just a standard return policy like anything else at a store) and no maintenance/support after-sale. At Verlo, you get a long warranty and a year's worth of assistance to rearrange the foam/gel to customize the feel and fit of the mattress to your liking.
