Mattress Pros & Spa Outlet — Hotel in Saint Joseph

I purchased a mattress on the 4th of March and still have not received my item. I called and was told to call back. When I called back and asked how long before it arrives, i was told to give them 2 weeks for it to be delivered. When I asked for a refund I was met with an attitude. I paid upfront for my item and was not expecting to have to wait a month for my item. I was told if I wait a week for it to arrive, and it wasn't there, I would be refunded my full amount. I don't think that is fair to have to wait or pay a restock fee for an item that hasn't even been delivered. I need to furnish my apartment and I will not be returning for anything else. 2 thumbs down for the wait and service. We bought out 3 piece furniture set the 1st of April and I LOVED the set at first but I am extremely disappointed in the quality. This is in our adult living room. We have a kids living room and an adult sitting room, I honestly don’t understand how much wear and tear can accumulate so much damage from just regular sitting. the spot with the two holes is on the INSIDE of the couch cushion that faces the back. We spent over $1000 and this set is not even going to last us a year. They were extremely helpful and nice but the quality is trash. Went to look at mattresses and compare prices to another furniture store. The worker was so nice and helpful. He wanted us to purchase the bed that was in our price range and comfortable for us.
