Scenic campground right on the river. No hiking trails nearby though. There is a well maintained boat launch on site for boaters and anglers, as well as a day use picnic shelter. Campsites themselves are fairly spacious with large, flat, grassy areas for all kinds of lawn recreation. You must bring your own firewood if you want a campfire (they supply fire rings).
