Avoid This Hotel – Not Worth the Hassle
This is a hotel you should avoid at all costs. While it’s located closer to the airport, that benefit is completely irrelevant given the overall experience. The hotel is isolated, with no nearby restaurants or amenities, and it’s far from the city center. Affordable transportation options are nonexistent.
They advertise an airport shuttle service, but it’s misleading. The shuttle only operates from the airport (not to it), and you have to pay per person. For your return trip, you’ll need to take a taxi, which costs around $20 and often comes with a 20-minute wait.
The on-site restaurant is overpriced and underwhelming — $35 for a mediocre pizza and a very limited menu. To make things worse, the rooms don’t have hot water, so be prepared for cold showers.
Aside from a decent pool, there’s really nothing else going for this place. I strongly recommend staying closer to the city and renting a car if you’re visiting Saipan. You’ll save money, have access to real food and transport, and avoid the frustration of this...
Read moreWe were unable to book online, but still wanted to see the property so we stopped by when we arrived in Saipan. It’s a beautiful and quiet location. They were able to offer us a room for the night which was awesome! After our day of exploring we arrived back to get checked in and the room was great! Clean, comfortable, and quiet with just enough amenities - soaps, dental kit, A/C, refrigerator, water, coffee/tea, and even a drying rack to place on the balcony to dry our swimming suits. The pool was pleasant, minus the loud music. I might recommend a lower volume and a more relaxing lo-fi style of music to keep the relaxing vibe going. One thing to note that was not an issue at all for us. Just providing info for others. The water pressure pulses between normal to very low. Maybe to help conserve water. We weren’t bothered. It was a nice reminder to flow and not fight the things we aren’t able to control.
Thank you for the wonderful...
Read moreOverall a good experience. The reservation process is a bit weird and goes through a Korean parent company which led to some miscommunication with changing dates for the stay. The rooms were nice and clean and a very good size with nice amenities, however there was a few small issues such as water pressure being inconsistent and water temperature being ice cold one night. The pool area an ld golfing ground are the highlight here. Though the pool and attached pool bar hours are extremely limited so it can't be used from 2-8pm and then the bar itself is only open for four hours during that timeframe! Really unfortunate given how great the pool area actually is. Location leaves a little to be desired, as it's tucked away so you have to drive to get anywhere else on the island for food, etc. The breakfast buffet was worth the add on though, it was delicious with a...
