The Rockin' Z Ranch — Hotel in Sammamish

I booked a campsite at Rockin Z for my group as it was near a 3-day concert that we would be attending. Due to the popularity of the band and scarcity of nearby camping I booked many months ahead of time to ensure we were covered for the weekend. Then the day before my reservation was to begin, the Dyrt (booking company) sent me an email letting me know my reservation was cancelled due to “unforeseen circumstances”. I didn’t have good phone service when they sent the email and it wasn’t until I arrived at the site that afternoon and went to look up check in information on my phone that I saw the cancellation email. Since everything has been booked for months we had nowhere to go and have had to make use of casino parking lots and squatting in public parks, sleeping in our cars. Yes now thanks to the Rockin Z ranch in Redmond, WA (and the Dyrt) my group and I got to experience temporary homelessness this weekend! Very very not cool to cancel reservations people are counting on the day before. The site looked fine, it would have been a nice weekend but Rockin Z had to clutch their pearls and ruin it for us. Beautiful property and great interiors! I loved the charm of the place. There is a rustic vibe mixed in with modern touches and some Washington state memorabilia. Very cool getting to see the horse Hazel and the cat leaf there as well. The beds were super comfortable and clean. Don’t have any complaints and would love to come back in the fall when the leaves have changed, I bet it would be gorgeous. Would definitely book again and recommend to...

It's a gorgeous property and area. However the property owner'ssons live on the site. They will drink and party at 2:00 a.m. loudly. If you're forced to come out here definitely bring your own pens when signing the lease and keep your own copy of the lease.
