Rustic Oaks Park — Hotel in San Antonio

If I can put 0 stars I would starting with the management they are thieves and they don't care or help their renters at all they never fix anything it is a quiet place but be careful they will do anything to take your money and property, I lived there for 6 years and worried about my rv catching on fire cause they never fixed the electric pole. To get my rv I had to call cops and I got it. If I could give negative 4 stars I would. This is the worst place Ive ever lived! The owners an secretary Jennifer are completely lazy and careless about every issue. The do not address the conditions of the homes or property. My home was infested with ants and squirrels even at one point and nothing at AT ALL was done about it! They will not take responsibility for anything at all even if it's by law. And they will do everything they can to keep every penny and you will NOT regardless of the terms you follow, receive your deposit back. They're con artist and thieves! DO NOT...

This is a first impression review as I've been here two nights thus far. But management has been very accommodating. So if you consider that; RV spaces are large and roomy, with basic cable and 500Kwh of electricity included; and concrete pads to park RV's on, I'd say Rustic Oaks offers a good value for the money! So far so good. I'll report back in a month or two...
