Sweet Earth Farm — Hotel in San Juan Island

The Sweet Earth Farm is literally a breath of fresh air; the grounds are beautiful. I had a peaceful stay with no issues. The site and amenities provided were just as described. There is fresh produce, eggs, and lamb for sale at the farm store. Amanda is a wonderful host, and she was readily available. The location is within proximity to everything the island has to offer. Sweet as! Don't be afraid to open the gate, it's there to keep the 🐶🐕 and other farm animals in! Farm raised meats (mostly pork products), eggs, a good selection of apples, pears, jams, and more. Produce varying by season though (of course) and this was an autumn stop. Bring cash or check, no electronic payment system exists as of this writing. My 3rd time to Sweet Earth Farm was nothing less than fabulous! So beautiful, So serene. I felt safe behind the farm gate as a women traveling on her own. Doing yoga on the platform by the pond, farm walks, visiting the animals and talking with Amanda and Elaine were all amazing! The tent, outdoor kitchen, shower and toilet are all great and clean!
