Blind Salamander RV Park — Hotel in San Marcos

Literally the worst place I came here to see my friends from San Marcos and they came from the other side of the river and crossed over to chill with us , the owner kicked them Out yelling at them to move because they weren’t staying here but they were swimming in the water ? The river water ! Anyways I recommend not to come here they are not nice to the civilians who live here in San Marcos , made me wanna cry because it’s the only part of the river open right now to the public and the people who own the other...

The people at Blind salamander are amazing! Everyone I have met the 5 months I have been here have always been very friendly and nice! They wave at you and make you feel at home. The rate for monthly stay is very reasonable for what you actually get! There is a really neat walkway to the water that is a stunning 72 degrees year round! I love the sunsets here you get a really great view of the sky if that’s your thing. All and all I can’t recommend this...

Our waitress was a doll! Foor was awesome! Manager came over eager to talk about craft beers with my partner. Their bourbon barrel tart cherry ale is think its called was so tasty!! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is like parking at every establishment in town is horrible. That was the only downside ....
