For 1 there are cockoaches no matter what you do . 2 the homes are only taken care of after you move out, 3 if you give them 30 days notice they will clean out the rest of your stuff before your 30 days 4 the landlord is very rude. 4 I don't recommend moving here unless you have no other option. 5 the electric bill is outrageous we didn't get a chance to go back and make sure we didn't forget anything cause everything was gone, and they gave 2 a tiny 2 bedroom to 3 people about to be 4 and we asked for a bigger one after promised and never got one so we had to move. They've provided materials like paint, a sprayer, and siding at no cost to help residents upgrade their homes. This is a positive change compared to previous owners and shows a real effort to make the park better. Ok this place is Amazing! I really like the kids (im a kid in fact) no drama too it is a place where pets are allowed overall the neighborhood is fun to walk and there's a place where people walk there pets so be careful there ans plus if youvare a parent.
