There are not enough negative words to describe the disgusting low level customer service displayed by General Manager Tawnia Bloom. We have rented a spot for the past 6 months, were invoiced for and paid over 9000.00 in that time. Today, before we were hung up on by Ms Bloom, she threatened to have the police called to physically remove our trailer that is paid up through Jan 1/2024 which we showed her on our invoice. Tawnia Bloom states her "system" (the same one that sent us the invoice paid through Jan 1) has our reservation ending Dec 27/23. So despite admitting that the system is faulty we were forced to pull the trailer out of the lot...even though we have paid through Jan 1/2024. That is quite a racket..charging a customer for more days than they are actually allowed to stay in the park then threatening to call the police when challenged with the accuracy of this information. What seems apparent is this business is about a money grab..as the conversation went on Tawnia Bloom went on to say that the rate we were quoted today when we called customer service to extend our stay was incorrect and since it was season the rate would be significantly higher..and now suddenly the appearance of the trailer was brought into the conversation...funny enough that has not been mentioned prior to today. Folks..if you want to spend alot of money and be treated with complete disrespect..this is the place for you..If you are wise, take your money elsewhere..There are many other very nice parks that will not cost you nearly as much money or fraudulently bill you for a stay that is shorter than what you...
Read moreWe been there few times and this year is the first year that we were disapointed, the pool was always closed du to ligtlhtning that was an hour away and they opened it half an hour after the lightining ,closed for 4 ,5 hours with 2 lightnings nearby and sonetimes not even raining but closed , and the arcades were closed during 2 full weeks ,and also the laundry rooms only working with credit cards are a big zero for us , people always have loose change in their pockets and before this was the place to pass it , everything else was ok even if we didnt use really other amenities , also the inside pool should be open for everybody when its rainning and not only for fitness or i dont know why, if you have a inside pool open it for the time you close your outside pool the half a day , also the waterslided not open all day long , we pay a lot for using all those things and we cant , disapointed this time , also found two cockroaches in the house but its ok its normal , we are in...
Read moreMy family and I stayed here this past weekend and thank goodness we made the most of what we could. First- the house we stayed at was disgusting! Ant infestation ALL over. Literally bugs coming out of the walls, covering the tub, sinks, counters. You name it. Roaches on my kids clothes. Second- the pool area reeks of sewage. Because there is a septic tank literally feet away from the pool area. Third- when my dad went to the office to let them know we are literally sleeping in bugs, the front office staff offered us a free pizza and a free night stay to come back.
