Texas CEO Ranch — Hotel in Schulenburg

From start to finish, Violet was extremely professional, kind, flexible and understanding. She was so helpful working through our corporate red tape and answered our questions VERY timely and couldn’t be more thankful of her patience when the red tape was tedious. We held a 15 team member retreat and this venue was absolutely perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom, bathroom and area to relax at if they needed alone time outside of our retreat bonding time. The rooms were clean, smelled brand new and very spacious. I felt very safe, welcomed and the right balance between privacy and the space to bond with team members. The ranch provided several amenities which our team LOVED (electric bikes, the evening fires, the movie room, the massive kitchen to cook large meals in, the golf simulator and walking trails). The training room was also perfect for our needs and had remote Individuals join on the large tvs that were on site. The location was very close to any grocery store and not too far from the airport. The Texas CEO Ranch is breathtakingly beautiful, adorned with wildflowers and featuring two large ponds where I indulged in fishing and paddleboarding. The highlight of my visit, however, was the stargazing and gatherings around the fire pit, which provided a perfect conclusion to the wonderful days spent there. I absolutely adored the porch swing near the modern farmhouse-style multi-purpose structure outside the main villa—a serene spot for reading and relaxation. Additionally, there's a charming outdoor area near a spring, complete with a platform and lights, making it an ideal place for yoga or quiet reflection, regardless of the time of day. Not to mention the inside of the main villa, the bunks, and the ranch house — they are all beautiful. The main kitchen in the villa, made me want to cook and entertain!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Texas CEO Ranch this weekend, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The property is beautiful — a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. From the serene surroundings to the well-appointed accommodations, to the three fantastic pickleball courts, every detail was thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing and inspiring environment.
