This house is a gem and my experience staying here has been very positive. Major work has gone into improvements based on past feedback. Tons of things have been fixed, cleaned and updated and the management today is responsive and proactive in both house repairs and peoples recoveries. I feel safe and heard and I look forward to spending time at home. Like any house, it has its quirks and there are still some opportunities for improvement, but the big ones that are critical for health, safety, and success in recovery are addressed with priority.
The location has good proximity to hwy 17 and Santa Cruz make this a desirable spot for commuters who enjoy nature/water in their time off. I like the multiple big decks with redwoods in your face, and the updated reclining couches (4 or 5 recliners I think).
