Executive Inn — Hotel in Seminole

I came here from Pennsylvania for a wedding. Found black mold behind doors and under sinks. Found mushrooms growing in the carpeting. Ended up in the emergency room, as I am a severe asthmatic. Evidence of bedbugs, there was water under the floor tiles, and more.||||We showed management, and they admitted that they openly knew about these issues. Cleaning lady outright said there was issues with black mold in adjacent rooms, and this was said as she was getting the room cleaned and prepped for another unfortunate soul. ||||Tried to get a refund for a 300 dollar visit as I had to leave early after two days for extreme medical reasons, they only gave the cardholder (wasn’t me) 50 dollars back. Their claim was that we “Didn’t tell them when we got there”. The attitude we were given was that they wanted us gone.||||This place will kill you. After a cancelled appointment I came to Oklahoma for a pagan handfasting. Got a hotel room at the Executive Inn in Seminole. For the health and safety of yourselves and your families, do not come here.

There is black mold that the hotel knowingly ignored (admitted during inspection on their end) mushrooms growing in the carpeting (I thought it was trash until I went to grab it) water under the tiles, evidence of bedbugs, and many more issues besides. I ended up in the emergency room.

They only gave 50 out of the 300 paid back, as their claim was that I should’ve reported it immediately the night I showed up. Hard to do that when I traveled over 40 hours to get here. These issues only became more and more apparent as I found...

While I read the previous reviews for this hotel, I needed a reasonable rate for a weekly stay. That's exactly what I got and more. The gal named Annie was friendly and courteous and she said she was the new manager. She explained and answered all questions. The room was much more then I expected...clean, smelled good even for a smoking room. And comfortable. While the tv definitely needed to be upgraded from the 1990 version, it had microwave, refridge and coffee pot..not to mention ice cold a/c! It had a pool and while I did not swim, it looked blue and refreshing! Having a restaurant and a bar on property was definitely a perk! I will be staying there in the future should my business take me close to Seminole! Definitely worth the...
