We stayed in a RV spot for 6 days in our 42 foot fifth wheel. We did not use the laundry or restrooms. Pros: lots of open green space, the marina across the street is gorgeous and has more green space, on a quiet road, beautiful grounds, camp host always out working to maintain the park, friendly staff, allowed late check out, good hookups, close to odt trail, we biked 2 miles on the odt trail to the pickleball courts in sequim at Carrie Blake park ( gorgeous park and courts), nice gift shop, great Amazon package delivery, picnic tables at every site, community fire pits with complimentary wood, quiet, friendly residents, Bocci court, playground, stream, badminton net, horse shoes, Friday night bingo, restaurant in the marina is decent and convenient to walk to Cons: sites have a very slite grade to them, but easily manageable. Quite a few older campers ( doesn't bother me, but some people do. Their sites were still very clean), no good Sam discount We loved our stay and wish we could've stayed longer. They book up quick. So make your reservation well in advance. We would totally stay there again and recommend to others.

The staff were very friendly and competent. The facilities worked well. The location is nice that it is across the street from a small marina and bay. The area is quiet, far from noisy roads, boats or planes. AT&T 5G 3-bar signal worked well. Only one restroom in the tent section far from many of the RV sites. Two washers and driers though I had no trouble getting a machine when I needed it. The RV sites are a combination of dirt and gravel and very dusty. I understand it hasn't rained in awhile but if it did I would expect mud. They allowed me to me wash my camper and town vehicle and right after I did I wet the gravel/dirt to keep the dust down, neighbors did the same. My stay was pleasant but next time I'll look for a one with better site conditions.

I really enjoy the cabins here. 1950 style with upgrades. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the bedding was clean. Even the blankets get washed each time. The only reason I didn't give it full stars is there are porchlights and yard lights on all night even though they could be turned off. It makes it hard to enjoy the darkness and stars over the bay. The staff is very nice. This is a friendly place. Beach is across the road and my dog loved running on it when the tide was out. Nice view. My second time here both in the off season so it was nice and quiet. Also was awesome to be able to cook a nice dinner after a day out exploring. We made all of our meals here saving money and eating healthy.

We have stayed here several times and this time it was much worse than usual. I am the wagon master and had 10 Tiffin RV's stay here from Jul 16-21 of 2024 and the manager, Linda, was not very helpful. One of my members started their generator after arriving because of an electrical and battery failure and was told by a maintenance person that generators were not allowed. It is clearly stated in the paperwork that generators were fine except for 10PM until 8AM. I was trying to understand the use and cost of the Pavilion. The resorts paperwork says " Enjoy the pavilion (great for large gatherings)" Linda charged my host $25 dollars three times when we gathered there to have fun, get out of the sun and enjoy a meal together. She said this fee was for requesting the pavilion as a private get together. There is nothing in writing stating this policy. We would welcome anyone else that showed up and would enjoy their company. When questioning her policy she said to me "Are you trying to cheat me out of money?" That was not what I was asking and I considered that an insult. She is now charging for dogs which is new from our prior attendance. She also charges $49 for dry camping - no hookups. Last night there were three RV's behind us laughing and making lots of noise past the 10PM curfew and she lives one unit away from where we were so I know she heard it as well. I was fed up at 11:30PM and asked them to please observe the quiet time rules. They were nice and complied, but she should have done that herself. I had also written up the stairs behind my RV in spot 3 back in 2021 and they were still not fixed and a hazard because of the steep slippery slant they had. The grey/black water drain was 6 inches from the drivers side while backing in our Class A RV and the power and water were on the passenger side. The water faucet was at ground level and easy to back over as well on the passenger side since you can't see it. One of our members with 3 dogs usually stays there for months during the summer and will not be staying there again. Our last outing there in 2021 was great. Too bad they have made no changes since then to...
