Excellent park and great community of people! We stayed here for 6 months and it was wonderful! This park is definitely hard to beat in the Lubbock area, and everywhere else we checked out and have stayed! The spaces were perfect size and you have plenty of space for 2 vehicles! A nice privacy wall at the back side. Almost everything was 15 minutes away (Lubbock). You are far enough away from the interstate so you don’t hear any of the road noise.

Quiet and Affordable Tree-lined RV Park. Safe and well maintained, this family owned and run oasis in the Texas South Plains is a respite from its surroundings. The park has well maintained grounds, laundry facilities and storm shelters. Great neighbors and convenient to TTU, LCU and Lubbock.

Rooms = spaces LOVE LOVE this park. Owners are SO awesome and really care about their customers. Had everything I needed for long term stay: laundry, storage units, internet/wifi, park for niece. Trees block a lot of the wind and give shade. Will always stay there!

I would NOT recommend this RV park, Mobile home park to ANYONE. I lived in the RV part of the park for a year and had trouble the entire time. They would come by randomly and you were subject to be reprimanded if you had stuff in YOUR yard. They left a note on my door because my water hose was leaking and demanded that it be fixed immediately. I was not able to connect a water hose to water the yard or play in the water with my dog during the summer months. There was a period of several days which they resurfaced the road with no prior notice. All tenants were asked to park across a busy highway. This served as a major inconvenience while the sealant was drying on the road. I was also disappointed because my roommates work truck broke down and we left it parked in the drive way (our driveway, out of anyone else's way) until we could get it in the shop to be repaired. Again, a note was left on my door stating that it needed to be moved because it was covering about 6 inches of grass and parking in the grass was not allowed. When I explained that it was broken down and that we were jusdt waiting for out appointment at the shop - the owners stated that disabled vehicles were not allowed either because it made the property "junky". About 10 months into our 12 stay at the park, we rescued a puppy that had been left for dead. She was extremely malnourished when we got her. During the first several weeks she had lots of stomach, digestive issues getting proper food and her body handling it. This continued to happen with each vet visit to the medications and de-wormer she was taking. The park has a strict "pick up after your pet's business" policy. During this time the puppy had constant diarrhea and her business was liquid and unable to be picked up. The owners left 2 notes on my door in regards to this. When we tried to explain the situation, it came up in conversation the type of dog. We were not sure what type she was but that she may have Great Dane, or even some Pit Bull in her. When they found this out they rudely stated that large, aggressive dogs were not allowed in the park and either the dog had to go, or I needed to go. I promptly left at the end of the month. I have never been more thankful to leave that controlling, micro...

My husband and I have been in this RV park for about 4 months now and we really enjoy it. I have seen other reviews that say negative things about the owners, but my experience has been the exact opposite. When we first arrived we had what I would describe as very small issues, but the owners were on top of it and took care of both issues right away with a positive attitude. They have been nothing but professional and they keep the park very clean and orderly. They do have the "regular rules" that any other RV park would have, i.e., pickup after your pets, no fireworks, quiet time, no trash outside of RV, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary and nothing that other tenants wouldn't appreciate as well. The roads are good, sites are fairly level and have gravel, not dirt or mud, plenty of space in between sites and dumpsters are easily accessible so you can walk to them from any site. We also love that we just pull in from the main road and our RV is right there. You don't have to drive around a maze like you do in other parks. From my site, the free WiFi is excellent. It is very quiet here and one added bonus is that you can have a mailbox and actually receive USPS, UPS, FEDEX and all other mail directly at your RV. I would recommend this park to anyone and would come...

My husband and I have never spent an extended time in an RV before, but during our relocation from Austin, we decided to try this route while selling our home. We started out the first month in another RV park, but it felt more like a place you'd stop in overnight. We found this spot and have been here for the last 6 months and have been nothing but pleased. It is very quiet and has great neighbors, with most everyone we've met staying awhile. One of the main things we were looking for was a dog-friendly place to say. The dog park is large and grassy, and there is a large field with a trail to walk our dog. Another benefit we have enjoyed is the on-site storage facilities, so we have access to our belongings without having to drive to get them. As far as the owners go, they have been nothing but pleasant and helpful to us and we appreciate the way the park is kept up. All in all, it has been a great...
