This is a lovely little place especially nice for families. There is a little playground and lots of green grass for kids to play on. The catch and release ponds both have cute water features and animals carved in wood. My husband caught several nice sized fish during our stay. The cabins are far enough apart that you feel like you have privacy. The cabin had everything we needed. The bathroom was nicely remodeled and provided plenty of towels, and soap. The kitchen also had everything we needed including a full size refrigerator, a microwave and a full size stove. Ice trays were filled and ready to enjoy in our favorite drinks. Hot water was never a problem and the AC worked great too. The windows were new and opened easily during the cooler days so we could enjoy the breeze. The bed was comfortable and the entire cabin was very clean. The porch provided another seating area and we were also provided with our own charcoal grill and camp fire ring. We loved that they sold fire wood and charcoal at a self service area in the campground. We were able to get firewood day or night for a reasonable price. We also enjoyed going into town to eat at a couple of our favorite local restaurants including Longbranch and Iced, Monicals and Joe's Pizza. We were especially attracted to this campground because for a small fee we could bring our dog along. What could be improved: the TV was smaller than we would have liked. After spending the day outside we lived watching football in the evenings. That being said, the TV and satellite worked great. We also found the couch to be a bit uncomfortable but since we were able to watch TV from our bed it wasn't that big of a deal. After all we came there for...

This is our 15th year in a row staying here at this wonderful resort. We love it so much, Rick and Nancy are fantastic hosts and they have a wonderful property situated only a 1/4 mile from a public boat launch and Lithia Springs Marina. The entire property is very well kept, the fishing ponds are fantastic and there is plenty of space for activities with kids, especially on the west side 9f the property. The cabins are very clean and comfortable, a mix of rustic and modern log depending on which you choose. A great place to plan a big family/friend get-together event as there are alot of common ground areas where you can play games, hang out, etc. Lithia Springs Marina offers reasonably priced overnight slips so if you bring a boat you don't have to launch every day. For eats on the water, choices are very limited but check out "The North End" a new restaurant at the far north of the lake (formerly Skeeters) it's awesome!...

The website pictures don’t do this place justice. We stayed in cabin 6 and it was beautiful. We had everything we needed to prepare meals and it was all well kept and a nice quality. The grounds are beautiful. Although we didn’t have any luck, we saw some kids catching bass in the little pond. It was a quiet, peaceful place to rest. The cabins are built well and we didn’t hear the “neighbors” at all once we were inside for the night. The staff was very friendly and more than accommodating from the time of reservation through the time we checked out. The mattress on the queen beds was a little firm for my liking, but I’m a little spoiled with a tempurpedic at home. The furniture is fairly rustic, but come on you’re camping not staying at a Hilton. It was definitely more than we expected and we will definitely recommend it and plan...

I have vacation traveled all over the USA, from Lake Delavan WI in the 60s, to Florida and California, to Texas an the UP in Michigan since. What makes a trip memorable and worth repeating is the staff and their pride in everything (from attitude to facility to making me feel like their most important family guest). Five stars are not enough for Lithia Resort. We have been there each summer since 2011, and cannot wait until this years trip. The entire experience just keeps getting better and better. Thank you

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks, and had an awesome experience. The hospitality here is phenomenal, and the accommodations are great. It is affordable, clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. There is even a playground that our toddler could enjoy! Cindy, Kevin, and the whole team were responsive and pleasant. I would recommend this to anyone traveling/visiting here!
