We had a great stay super nice people. Awesome grassy areas. Very quit and peaceful. They don't have tables or burn pits at the camp sites but do have them accessible through out the park that is use for everyone and away from the camp spots so that they do not bother the campers. Which i think is a good idea. They just opened and said they still have a lot of plans on bettering the park. If it is this nice now i can't wait to see what amazing things they will do for their campers.

Rocky Springs RV Ranch is a wonderful place to stay! It’s conveniently located not far from downtown Siloam Springs in a quiet scenic country environment with ducks on a large pond, chickens in a barn, trees all around, etc. We survived the winter freezes with the wonderful recommendations & help from the park’s mgr Tina. She always responded promptly to our inquiries & needs. We highly recommend Rocky Springs RV Ranch.😃

We’re so glad we drove the extra 15 minutes from the state line to reach this beautiful, family-owned spot in the country. We felt comfortable and safe and, though our stay with short, the morning was peaceful, gorgeous, and our pups LOVED their walks there.

Would give no stars if I could. The pictures on their website are very misleading, you are packed in like sardines. There is very little room between campers and the road through the campground is narrow. They charge sales tax if you pay monthly but Arkansas law clearly states that no sales tax can be charged. The owner is not friendly at all. They do not enforce all pets on leashes. Numerous times I would be outside my camper and various dogs would come up and they were not always friendly. The so called lake is really just a spring fed pond. They have definitely made sure the pictures make it look much better than it actually is. And you never know when you will not have any water pressure and if it is a very windy day you will most likely lose your electricity. I have listed all the things I think people should know before staying here. It wouldn’t be right to list the bad and list nothing good. ...

As to you referring to a 1 point review that I put, I usually only review terrible places as the good places don't need a review to help people decide. Places that I consider terrible to stay is my opinion and that is how I feel about it. I have visited many wonderful RV parks, your's was not one of them. I am not trying to hurt your business, I am trying to get you to improve it.

I can't believe this RV park got a 4.6 rating. This is the worst RV park i have ever been. In front of the camper door is your neighboring RV septic hole. There is very little space between you and the next RV. There is no concrete pad, table, or decent space by your RV door. The park is mostly mud and gravel. The lake is more like a messy pond. The only spots that are semi decent are the ones to the front. It's not worth $50. I have been to MUCH better parks...

Nice place to overnight for us. The owner was very accommodating on a late evening in the rain. Not far to the Cherokee Casino, where we enjoyed an evening of live music and adult beverages. Easy in and out with our big rig. It was a back-in site, but it was large enough with water and electric. There are some full timers but all is clean, neat and quiet. We did not use the bath house but it looked well kept. Beautiful pond for fishing too. Very nice and we would stay here...
