I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The management staff was unprofessional and lacked basic communication skills, as they struggled to speak English clearly. When I reported that the air conditioner in the honeymoon suite was not working, they falsely claimed to have knocked on our door, which was not true. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The shower had red spots all over it, and the Jacuzzi also had red spots, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and sanitation. This made for a very uncomfortable and restless night. Despite requesting to speak with the hotel owner or manager, I was told that the owner was out of town and that I could not contact him. The front desk staff also refused to provide a phone number or any means of direct communication. The overall attitude and lack of accountability from management were very disappointing. WIFI didn't work half the time. TV defective, some channels had no sound. No ice available, no excuses given just opened little freezer, looked in and said "don't have any". Quest laundry- " I think it is broken." The room itself was just OK, tired. Left feeling that the staff and owner were not dedicated to providing a service and growing their business. Told them that they need to adjust their online profile to "no frills motel- bed and private bath" because customers are going to feel deceived as we were when they don't fulfill what they advertise.
