I recently stayed at Paradise Pointe in Bryant, Alabama, and it was truly a special experience. I visited with one of my best friends—we hadn’t seen each other in 8 years—and this was the perfect place to reconnect. The cabin was quiet, cozy, and surrounded by stunning views. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Chattanooga is only about 30 minutes away, and we had an amazing time there! We rode the Tennessee Valley Railroad through Missionary Ridge, explored their museum, and had lunch at The Yellow Deli—such a fun, unique atmosphere and delicious sandwiches. Even closer, South Pittsburg, TN is just over 10 minutes away and definitely worth a visit. We loved the Lodge Museum of Cast Iron and the Lodge Factory Store. Breakfast at Big Bad Breakfast was fantastic, and Stevarino’s Italian Eatery made for a great dinner spot. The cabin itself was incredibly well-stocked—plenty of dishes and cookware if you want to make your own meals, a grill, a fire pit with wood provided, and even the pool house has a shower with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The mattress was super comfortable too, which is always a win. We also had our own hot tub which was amazing after long days of sightseeing in the area! Whether you’re looking for adventure or just need some peaceful downtime, Paradise Pointe has it all including beautiful horses! Can’t recommend it enough! I’m definitely planning a return trip!

FEMALES STAY AWAY!!!! CREEPS/NO PRIVACY!!! I'll start with the place is beautiful, but that's where the pleasantries ended. The owners harassed us all day long. Multiple people all day long. It began with one lady scaring me by walking on the property unannounced trying to walk to my door. She said she was just checking on us. That's fine but she should of been the last person. Then another lady came on the property once I wasn't alone anymore and started talking to my friends. She then called over a man and a young man. The older man claimed to be the owner. The lady left and the man wouldn't leave, stared at my friend and I like a creep and wouldn't stop talking. We tried to ignore him and play music to make him leave. He stayed forever. Then he started walking up to our cabin door, I said excuse me what are you doing? He said are there more in there (asking if there were more girls) I said yes but leave them alone. He goes oh are they sleeping I said yes leave us alone. He then snuck to the other side of the cabin and onto the porch. Scared my friends so much one ran and got me. Then the first lady came back a little while later, she was still being harmless but still, where is the privacy? Then my four female friends were sitting in the hottub, I was in the hammock again because I saw another male come onto the resort into the cleaning cabin. Next thing I know I hear someone walking behind me again. I pop up and ask where hes going, he goes oh I"m just checking on you guys, and kept trying to walk to the hot tub! CREEP!! I had to stop him twice from walking to the hot tub. I explained to him how we have had no privacy and I don't appreciate them bothering us. He said he understands but kept talking and staring and wouldn't leave. He then tried to sell my stuff. Like really? I just told you I'm uncomfortable with all these people and you keep trying to linger? Worst stay ever, I rent on air bnb all the time too. I've never had a problem like this before. The other cabin of ladies said the last man came to their door and came into their kitchen and wouldn't leave. They said they weren't harassed. I think it was because we were a lot younger, and in the hot tub and tank tops. The owners claimed this was southern hospitality and dismissed everything. They didn't try to get the staff to not do it again. They claimed it was them being nice. But like I said place was beautiful and immaculate, so if you're a man, who doesn't care about...

I'll start by saying this place has massive potential. The overall views are absolutely amazing. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there were several things that made the experience a bit odd.

We had 3 families stay in this cabin and it was very tight (comparing other cabin stays in Gatlinburg). We had problems with the hot water heater (I took 2 glacier cold showers because we ran out of hot water) and I also thought it was strange that there was no dish washer. It's funny, there were flat screens in every room (so this was not a "roughing it" cabin) but no idea if the previous people did a good job of hand washing every dish used. For new construction cabins, it just seemed strange they left out a key appliance.

We also had problems getting up and down out of the cabin due to the steep grade. Instead of steps, they just paved over hill. It was raining all weekend and I nearly fell twice carrying out 13 month old.

The hottub was brand new and pretty legit. Nicest hottub I've been in at a cabin rental. Big plus there.

The pool house was pretty awesome as well. It's nice and cozy with a pool table and air hockey table. Even though the bathrooms were not finished, we had a great time there.

All in all, I see the vision. The placement is perfect. I feel they cut some corners on our cabin though. Maybe others are not the same. Either way, I'd recommend it but we'll probably wait to come back when then...
