This place clearly has a bed bug/tick/insect, dirty issues. I've stayed in the past, & incurred a room with bed bugs, however I have it another try realizing these things can happen due to the diverse amount of renters. Here I am on a weekly rental, I first arrive to see they wanted to put me in 117 which I had the previous bed bug issue, which nothing was ever done by the GM, or anyone else. I immediately let them know I'm not comfortable staying in that room, and I was moved to another room, where another bed bug was found, yes I have proof! The GM's energy was as if I were the problem because she had to have a male employee escort me room to room to try to find a CLEAN room. We decided on one that the GM stated had just been cleaned, and the next morning, a tick is on one of the clean towels, I almost used to wipe my face. I work close by, hence why I gave it another chance, along with trying to be understanding to the fact that these things can happen; however this is ridiculous there is clearly a cleanliness issue at this location. Also I was told I would receive a discount yet I see the price approx, 5.00 less a nite online. At this point I may have no other choice to either go somewhere else, and pay extra for my pets, I know what your thinking, & NO MY DOGS HAD NO TICKS ON THEM, SO THEY DIDNT BRING THEM IN! I know this because I always check before, during, & after for ticks, etc.. They are treated like children so they get checked daily traveling or not, I wouldn't allow my children to walk around with lice, etc.. so I will not allow my animals too either. The office gives you no resolve, they don't try to solve the matter to make the customer happy, they act like the customer is the problem, forgetting we the guests is what allows them a job, & paycheck. At this point it's time to call an attorney, and present the evidence, and let the law handle it with the owners, because you get nowhere, but to nowhere with the office! Why were we not offered one of the brand new rooms, because I have dogs?.! They have false advertising stating "All new rooms on there signage coming in, which only some rooms are re-renovated, if you have a pet or deal, they throw you in what the GM calls, "The circle of death!" I was flabbergasted when I was at the front desk, & heard the GM say that to another female guest checking in. They must feel because they are a bit inexpensive then the others, & NO pet fee that it's ok to run the place down, while your supposedly have "All renovated rooms" Lie! Their not all renovated so that sign should go up when their all completed. I had to clean, vacuum dust wash floors myself! Pros- location, & scenery. I would add more but...

Comments seem petty but thing thing was the safety and smoke smell….magnified by the lying after I call the main number the local hotel told national representative I was speaking false statements. By the way I have NEVER posted a negative review. I'm not petty and wouldn't complain about a missing battery from a remote lol...stuff like that.
Ok...I travel a lot and I know all places vary. Non agenda-based review. Advertises as non-smoking. Well when I showed up at least 4 people smoking in the hallways of their rooms. One guy was smoking in his bathrobe as his door is open with 1 foot in the room and 1 foot in the hallway...of course smoking was flowing into the hallway and his room.
Two shady people...I travel enough to spot shady people. They were going up and down 1st and 2nd floor repeatedly. Saw them when I pulled up, checked in, walked to room, walked back to check in to complain about the smoking. I am a guy and not a nervous one at that ....if the room was $65 I get it that comes with the rate.
I complained to the check-in desk about smoking. They said the hotel was near capacity. Someone came up to the room to check but said their head was congested so couldn't smell anything. I saw a full lot so I got to the place that was at near capacity.
Called main number for Red Roof, gave very detailed overview of my experience. They asked me if I asked the name of the guys walking the hallway....I'm thinking are you crazy??? I said no I didn't get their names. They called the Framingham property and that property said: (i) they offered another room as they had plenty of available rooms, (ii) they said they offered to spray the room to help remove the smoke smell. Both statements were not true. The main number ignored (i) my safety and health concerns and (ii) the false statements of the Framingham property.
In the end I called Framingham police the following day to convey my concerns for the local community and they said they were aware of illicit activities.
So be warned....pay the extra $50-$75 for your safety and health. Note, I am not someone who writes negative reviews...I always bring it to the establishment but based on the overall experience end to end I felt compelled to write a...
