Lydia was amazing she went so far above and beyond her duties. We stayed 5 nights, we watched Lydia clean floors, counters, walls. She made sure we had everything we needed. Others front desk personnel acted annoyed when we asked for something. She even went so far as to help with my daughter's 21st birthday present for my grandson. She is an amazing lady. Room didn't offer enough for being a suite and having a price of $150 a night. Bathroom/room was small, bed was horribly uncomfortable. Competitor down the street was $40 cheaper (stayed there the week prior) and literally had everything you could need during your stay including a full size kitchenette w/dishwasher and very spacious rooms. Our room was small but served it's purpose. We had issues with the TV and missing the tub plug but staff fixed the issues quickly. The breakfast was really good. Keep an eye on the toaster when you're making toast...someone toasted to long and set off the fire alarm at 530 in the morning which was not a pleasant way to wake up. Staff was very apologetic. It happens and not their fault. I would stay there...
