This post is in response to the most recent remarks to us from Cory, the owner. His statement that we never called back to reschedule our dates is a bald face LIE. Once we knew when our brother-in-law’s memorial service was going to be and determined the dates that we could reschedule for, my wife and I, both on speaker phone with Cory asked if we could use the charged amount of $277.10 to reschedule dates for travel later in October. The new October dates were considered off season, our originally scheduled dates were not, so we had already paid in full a higher nightly rate. We specifically asked Cory if we could call it even and use the already charged amount for the two nights in October and we were firmly told no. We hung up the phone disgusted by his treatment to us. We felt that this was an unfair business practice and that is when we reported it to our credit card company. We now understand why the credit card claim was denied, because Cory chose to not do the right thing and he completely lied about our follow up request for...

I was a bit skeptical about staying at this motel in he small town of Thayne enroute to Yellowstone National Park. I did not find a lot of information about the rooms at this motel although it had pretty good reviews. My girlfriend and I were pleasantly surprised at how nice it room was. It was spacious , very clean, great mountain views and comfortable beds. It had a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and enough wall outlets. It also had a table and two chairs which surprisingly some other motels do not. The WiFi was slow but fast enough for emails and social media. Also, they have ice for sale for $2 which’s was great. The location is also great just off the main highway very easy to find. The price was extremely reasonable especially considering the parks are very very busy during this time of the year and places are charging ridiculously high rates. I highly recommend the place and I will be staying here again next...

We had a great experience and had friendly service! Our room had two double sized bunkbeds and one regular double bed. We were impressed that the quilts looked new and very clean. The entire room and bathroom was very clean. Nothing was broken or dilapidated. There was a soap dispenser for the sink outside the bathroom and also shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower. There was five of us, but we never ran out of hot water, even though each room has its own water heater. We had plenty of white towels and washcloths. We were able to park our car right outside our door and enjoyed sitting on our own front porch. There was a small place in the corner to hang clothes with hangers provided, a dresser and small end table. We definitely were in close quarters as a family of five, but it worked out well. Would definitely stay there again when we need a place for...

This place was awesome! We stayed here for a night on our way home from Yellowstone. The beds were SO comfortable and the AC was perfect. The room has a great back view of the valley and misty mornings. I was shocked with how clean the cabins were, as I didn’t have very high expectations from other past cabin experiences. The cabins were quiet and the water was hot. Friendly and helpful staff, and perfect location for a stop home from Yellowstone and WORLDS cheaper than Jackson Hole. We did some rainy horseback riding just 15 minutes down the road at Rockin’ M Ranch (which was awesome) and we were close enough to the cabins that we had time to come back and shower and get warm and dry before making the 4 hour drive back home. We will stay here again!

We camped here for three nights. The park is well managed and clean. They allowed us to check out a little later since no one was checking in behind us, which was greatly appreciated. We checked in, and it rained for two nights, so we wouldn't have gotten to do everything we wanted without the late check out. The only drawback is that there is some road noise, but the gorgeous mountain views more than make up for it. There is really nice dog park 5 minutes away, called Canine Commons. We ate at Dad's, which is less than 10 minutes down the road. Great steaks and a fun atmosphere (reservations recommended). Groceries are 15 minutes. I would stay here again.
