Sorry, but I have just seen a comment from a girl named Diane Dallow. I do not agree with your statement. I was there and I saw the whole thing. You guys sat in a place that you knew it was reserved. I saw the owner offering you the possibility to add a new chair (this camp is still following covid rules) and while your boyfriend was saying yes, you just started to complain with no reason. Also, the cafe is a cafe, so bakery stuff and sandwiches.. sorry they are always so good that they sell very quick (next time come earlier and for sure you will get something). Also there are 2 trails NOT one.. and for the short period of time that you were there seems that you have been there for a long time. I have not been in a place where the owner takes so seriously the customer satisfaction, he gave you the money back. Good for him. He is a great guy. I don't see that happening too often to any place you go.
Also.. this camp is full of GREAT WELCOME PEOPLE starting with the owners, following with the site holders and ending with any day guest coming to this great and beautiful and clean camp. As a woman, I have never felt so nice and safe as I have been in this camp. Thanks to the owner for making our experience always great. Thanks to the people of Sun Ridge for making our days great and...
Read moreWe have been going to Sunridge for several years now and this summer was, by far, the best. We rented one of their immaculate cabins on Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and a couple of weekends in between. The pool, hot tub, and the other amenities are wonderful but what sets this place apart from other places is the people. You will not find a more friendly, open and inviting group than the site holders that have seasonal camp sites there and they are all led by Dave, the owner of Sunridge. He is one of the most accommodating, generous and kind human beings we've ever met. |||| There is always something going on at the Ridge. Wine tasting, pig roasts, site crawl, golf cart parades and more. The event calendar is always full and when there isn't a scheduled event you can find someone putting something together in the Pavilion. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate. We have met some really wonderful people and have made friends there. Sadly, the summer has to come to an end but we are already looking forward to next year when we will be back again for another...
Read moreFirst of all I read some recent reviews where they said this was a very friendly place. When my wife and I went the weekend of June 29 / 30. No sooner did we get out of our car to check in we were greeted by some of the guests with a hello. The people that were there, ( and it seems that those who were there were regulars ), were all extremely friendly. There is absolutely no pressure to undress but I can't see how anyone wouldn't be comfortable doing so. This place is no frills. Bring your own food and beverages. You have access to a private grill, full kitchen with microwave, stove, and refrigerator. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are better then advertised. On the Saturday night we were there there was local entertainment ( DJ music ). This place is truly a very good place to go to. My wife and I will be returning before the...
