Studios 4 Less — Hotel in Suffolk

Me and my family stayed at the one IN Suffolk for two weeks and they didn't give us the room services as the law says they didn't want to change our bed sheets, didn't want to vacuum the floors we had to take out our own trash and we paid almost close to 525.00 for two weeks the owner and housekeeper was mean.we had roaches around the bed and the kitchen, coffee pot was dirty, the doors hanging off in the kitchen,water leaking from out the bathroom and when you let them know oh we gonna fix it but they never do then you come back they say no you can't rent cause you broken this and that but we got before pictures now they looking crazy. If they get an new mangerment and more new housekeepers it would be a much more beautiful place but I would give this one a half of star. Beware of how much you're paying. They charge you whatever they want to charge. I was told by front desk staff, if she have limited rooms she can charge whatever she wanted for them possibly $100.00, sign clearly states $49.99 daily. I have stayed at this location a lot enjoyed my stays. Nice clean rooms. All rooms aren't the same comfort.Over nice place just need to stop robbing the customers for their benefits. There was fresh blood on the sheets!!! Also the comforter had burn holes and crusty stains.

There was only a half a roll of toilet paper, no coffee maker and it was incredibly noisy. There were people walking in front of our room being extremely loud and arguing the entire night. In addition I was charged more than the website/Google said the rate was.
