The owner Michael is very helpful and all the employees check on you while you are looking. Michael helps you look for what you need and stays with you until you find what you need. Along with his employees being very friendly to my daughter who was with me. Faron and Micah came in and installed a sofa bed and mattress for me. While setting up the sofa bed they explained what they were doing each step of the way and when finished putting it together helped me place it where I wanted it. Explained how to switch it from sofa to a bed and even included my daughter so she would feel good about it. Next they installed my daughters bed and let her guide them and inform them where it needed placed. They both played along and we very friendly. Before leaving they cleaned up every bit of paper plastic and trash leaving no trace they were here other than my new furniture. They are well manner and mature workers. I had a crappy mattress for years, but it hadn't been bothering me for a while because the only time I had to use it was when I was home for college. Since it had severely deteriorated to a point that there was no support whatsoever and a spring came through the fabric to stab me, my dad finally got me a new one. I bought a new mattress at Boxdrop. Just like the reviews say they give you the help you need and walk away. No high pressure which will always kill the deal for me. It was delivered the next day as promised and when it was placed on my box springs which was still in good shape, it was so high I could not get in it. One of the guys who delivered it said they had a much smaller in height box springs in the store and he went back to the store and got it right away.
