Wife and I stayed 3 nights to visit the area. After check in we located our site but due to 2 outlets on our trailer we were moved to 188 but it was worse. 30amp sites are not level at all and will require extra work to set up. Sewer connections are terrible and we had odors and flies because it was so bad. They also use cheap plastic faucets which leaked the whole time. We did enjoy the woods and lake and it was quiet the whole time. However they have full-time guests here and some guests are not very friendly or polite. We went to the pool which was nice and clean. We used the laundry facility it all worked fine and was clean. They have a lounge but we're told it gets so rowdy sometimes they have to shut it down. Went to the office at 920am on Friday and no one was at the desk. No management on site and good luck with an issue after hours. The location had us driving 40mins each day to see the sites.

We bought in 3weeks ago and my husband and I have been so happy! This Camp Family is so welcoming and inclusive, no matter what your background is. People go out of their way to be helpful, friendly and kind. We hadn’t done anything other than tent camping before purchasing our 5th wheel, and from day 1, neighbors were there to help us! Not to mention, the people are super fun and give their hearts into making this campground an endearing escape from the everyday stresses of life! I highly recommend!

This campsite is amazing! Bryan does such an amazing job keeping this place clean and safe for all guests. The price isn't bad either. We stayed here for a couple of months. I would highly recommend staying here. Only had one issue with one of the office ladies, but it didn't ruin my time here. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area. All the campsites I've seen were all under trees. They have back in and pull through sites with plenty of room between you and your neighbor.

We spent one night tent camping passing through. This place is a little on the rough side. Everything we encountered needed attention. 1. We were put right next to a large family there for a reunion. In a large section that had no other campers. I was clear that we were passing through when making reservation. They got into an argument after dark and packed up and left. One of those neighbors fell into a large muddy hole near the shower house during the argument. The next morning we watched an employee drive the tractor needed to repair this hole past a couple times. The shower house mentioned above has three non-functional showers on the men's side, two non-functional urinals, two of the three toilets were working and one of the four sinks worked. There was a sign in the very dark entrance asking us to forgive them for neglecting this for what looked like years of neglect. $28 per night is little on the high side for what we encountered. Considering there are no fire pits or cooking grates. The grass in our area was literally knee high anywhere the light made it through the trees. Didn't look like it had been mowed in a few weeks. This place has a gate going in and out. You have to call a number if you are not a resident camper. At 8PM we waited several minutes after the second phone call for a resident camper who pulled up to let us in. Whoever was inside the office was no where near the counter to push the button.

Overall this place is huge(0ver 450 sites), has tons of potential. I know times are tough now. From what I seen the owners need to let some of it return to nature and consider quality of the sites...

Wanted to like this park. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. The good was the pool, the playground looked nice, and mini-golf. They also had a go-cart parade on Saturday that was cute. We were trying to get a spot close to friend's. I asked about spots across from them. They said they were unavailable. No one even camped in those spots. Didn't appear to be anything wrong with them compared to many other spots they rented out. We were reserved for a spot in the general area of our friends. We couldn't get to it. There was no discernable road and there was a tree across the treeless path that was supposed to be the road. The spot they moved us to was so narrow we barely got backed into it. The electricity and water hookup were on the wrong side of the driveway and at the front of the site. We couldn't even park our truck in front of our camper just to reach the electric pole. And with trees there wasn't even a good spot to park. The site was totally uneven and when we got rain Saturday night water ran down the hill straight into our camp site and in front of our door. It filled up our rug with water and mud! We had to ask for a table. They told us to grab one from another site which I was physically unable to help my husband do. The 2 young men who ended up bringing us one even struggled to accomplish it. They had some nicer, newer tables but the one they gave us was not nice! The seat bench on one side slanted backwards and felt like you were falling off. The only thing making the table top useable was our tablecloth. So much of this park is rundown and un-rentable. It's very sad! This park has so much potential...

Was not at all impressed nor do the pictures show the reality of this campground. We planned a weekend trip here and thought it look nice and had some nice amenities at a reasonable price. Not until we arrived and not anywhere on the brochure but on a little piece of paper we are told to use the pool, putt putt, or even fish in the lake we had to buy a $10 wristband each per day. Now if this was a water park like pool or a top tear putt putt golf or lake full of activities I might understand. If you claim all these great amenities and don’t advertise the up charge it feels dishonest. We had extremely low water pressure and the bath house was ran down and didn’t even have locks on the stall doors. It looked like a nice place online but was extremely disappointed once there. I would not recommend nor will I go back. I am editing to respond to owner. I stayed last weekend and received a slip of paper in the locker with my key and map that said anyone using the pool, putt putt, or lake must have a wristband. I did only use the one bath house across the road from the playground but it definitely didn’t look updated. One of the three toilets was out of order (that happens and wasn’t in my review) but the layers of chipping paint all over the floor and walls as well as no latch of any kind on the stalls is definitely not what I expected from what was seen on the website. I gave an honest review of how I felt about this property. I can tell you I went into the weekend with high hopes and wanting to check it out and look into a membership due to the amenities and location being only about 40...
