I've been to SIRenity Campground more than 20 times, and each visit has left me feeling more connected and at home. From my very first trip, when I was nervous and shy, I was welcomed with warmth, kindness, and open arms. Conversation came easily, and I quickly found that the people who come here often become like family. There is a genuine sense of community that you rarely find anywhere else, and it is not just the campers. Michael and Dennis, the owners, do an outstanding job of fostering that atmosphere. Their commitment to kindness, inclusivity, and safety shines through in everything they do. Beyond the incredible people, the campground itself is truly beautiful. Nestled in a peaceful wooded setting with a lake, SIRenity also offers all the modern comforts you could want. There is a food truck with great options, two pools, multiple hot tubs, a spacious indoor gathering area, a clothing store, and even a liquor store. Whether you are looking for a place to relax, connect, or just be yourself, SIRenity delivers. If you are thinking about visiting, do it. You will not be disappointed.

My first visit to Sirenity with a friend was an absolute delight, and it truly sets a new standard for gay campgrounds. While I've experienced others, Sirenity stands out for its exceptional amenities and its incredible community. From the moment we arrived, the intentionality behind Michael and Dennis's vision for a welcoming space was palpable. The “onboarding” ensures you quickly feel at home and know your way around. Every person we encountered was incredibly friendly, genuinely welcoming, and clearly there to have a fantastic time. What truly impressed me was the collective commitment to fostering a vibrant community, with everyone respecting the rules and expectations that make it such a special place. I stayed in the duplex which was very nice and shared a deck with our neighbors who were fun to chat and hang with at the pool. Places where we can be ourselves, vulnerable with others, have fun and healing are needed more than ever, and grateful Sirenity fosters that. I can’t wait to return!

So we came up to the farm the weekend of 6/19-6-23! We came up with a group of our friends for a total of six of us! Two couples with campers/rv and other two were in one of the king bed cabins! I have to say from the moment we pulled into the farm with both Dennis and Michael greeting us with huge smiles on our faces and helping us get settled in our spaces! There was bad weather the moment we got there and were hurried to the basement of the house for protection. They brought us towels to dry off and waters to drink. Once all of that was over the sky cleared up and it was beautiful weather! Everyone that was there was so inviting and introduced themselves and just was so inviting! I loved everything about the farm and we are now on the list for a permanent space at the property! So happy that Dennis and Michael have put this together cause it isn’t just an rv park it is a small family! Can wait to go back! Already booked next trip!

**It appears this establishment might engage in negative review removal. 4.9 stars out of 179 reviews? Interesting. My review not showing up? Interesting. ——— Idk, dude. Kind of seems like the stereotypical place I was exactly expecting.

This is promoted as a place of “community” for gay men, but it appears to be nothing more than a hookup ground.

Starting with my initial impression: Went with a friend who’s gone SEVERAL times and apparently knows 99% of the regulars. We into the place to sign in- the owner immediately hugged my friend, completely ignored me. Friend told the guy it’s my first time- still was completely stand-offish. Did not even introduce himself. Off to a FANTASTIC start!

Walked around the area a bit. It’s a lovely place with nature and everything, but absolutely APPALLING they have “hookup” campers where random people will just go to bang randos. Yeah… just a normal campground for community that doesn’t reinforce the negative stereotypes we’re already faced with. 🙄

The bathroom situation near the pool is HORRENDOUS. Bathrooms are DISGUSTING, looks like poop/dirt smeared on the walls of every stall, half empty bottle of lube in one of them. Seriously? What is this?

The pools are okay but murky as hell. Kind of gross.

Majority of the people we encountered were fine, aside from two gross old men who kept harassing us, talking to us about sex when we showed ZERO INTEREST and even tried fondling my friend while saying “don’t hide that thing!”

Finally, it says no sex is allowed on the pool deck. Saw MULTIPLE people getting blown and NOTHING being said or done about it. And this was on a Sunday. I cannot imagine how horrific it is on a weekend.

Absolutely GOD AWFUL...

Absolute best ever! My husband and I are happier than ever. 1 week free to be me—finally! This place is pup-friendly and even accepting enough for a wild, feral part wolf. So even if you’re just feral-minded, which I usually consider myself more of than a pup, then yeah, absolutely perfect.

Mike, Wolfy, whatever you want to call me—best week I’ve ever had. Sometimes people live in this world and can’t find peace, no matter if they’re in their own house due to past circumstances. Well, SIRenety means the name—no worries anymore, peace. So peaceful I could be a wild wolf, have my collar on, follow my trail from the camper to the woods, and hike, chill, camp out, smoke—yes, 420 friendly—and even in the play area saw some furniture thing that was interesting. Bleh, I’m rambling now, whatever.

Anyhow, I had the best time! Got home, and in less than 30 minutes, back to road crew, chipping potholes with pickaxes for asphalt, waiting for that next camping time and even talking with my husband about what he calls seasonal. If we do something like that and it is what he’s saying, it’ll be like… yep, my neighborhood now will miss me all summer long, and I’ll be happy as ever, pup Wolfy, hiking through the woods.

Well, until next time, back to work as usual. Take care, y’all. Have a good’n!

if i had to lightly suggest anything fixing up the furniture in the woods a bit otherwise perfect also maybe leave a rake so if someone wants to set down a towel or something they can go to town clearing a small spot and not have leaves or sticks to shake off bleh personally i just scrapped my sandle...

SIRenity Farms Camping Retreat in Sullivan MO is reasonable for full hookup and there is not a surcharge for dogs. The owners are overwhelming hospitable as well as the seasonal and transient guests. They maintain an immaculate grounds with a gorgeous multi-level deck with pool and 2 hot tubs. There is a pond on the property as well as shower and bathroom facilities. The owners run an exceptional business where one can relax and enjoy their stay. Special events are offered and all the guests are welcome whether it us sponsored by the owners or the guests. The campgrounds was started from the ground up and just opened a year ago this July.

My husband and I are also retired on a fixed income. Sirenity Farms is well worth the price and amenities they offer along with the relaxed atmosphere and the hospitality you will receive.

The location is very easy to get to and close to shopping area if you need to pick up groceries or supplies.

We stayed for a few days but we will definitely return for a longer stay any other time we that we return...already planning to go back again this year.

As with any gay campground there is a membership fee. This you will find for an exclusive all male campground. Clothing is optional...there is no feeling of pressure to be naked.

Also, when visiting you will encounter the friendliness from the guests and guaranteed you will make friends as we had.

The only negative is having to leave but...
