Blue springs was washed out during the rains but they have gotten right on it fixed it done a lot of maintenance it's clean and a safe place to take your kids there shallow parts not to mention a wonderful spring with a cave that you can go in and a just lovely place there's camping spots and a spot where you can go down that's totally shade covered to camp in if you don't want to camp in the sun this is a very good spot to go in because of the fact that almost all of their camping spots are shady and it's not always got tons of people this is a more secluded spot I would definitely suggest...

My family has camped at this location for many years...

Sure you come down the road the pvement ends..... keep going

The road will branch off in different directions each of them land up right there at the riverside..

There are a few secluded sites..

The main camping area does have a toilet although I don't believe they have running water.

Unless something is changed in the last year the camping here is free...

It is the perfect place for A-day trip with the family and the locals use it as a swimming hole.

Each campsite has a table and fire ring.

The OTHER Blue Spring! Located along Jacks Fork River, 5 miles north of Mountain View (MO), it is less well-known than its more famous namesake, located 45 minutes to the west. ✅ 2WD okay ✅ Kid-friendly ✅ Dog friendly ✅ Primitive Camping ($10) This is some of the clearest water you'll find! #spring #cave #bluespring #missouri #hiddengems

This place is beautiful! It's one of our favorite places to play in the water when we come down to Jack's Fork. One area is a calm pool, where it's shallow enough for the little ones to snorkel, puddle duck & explore. After the rapids, there is another spot that my grandson loves to fish. It's always peaceful & very enjoyable. Well worth the trek off the beaten path.

You can swim, climb rocks and jump Off of them, you can fish, we even swam over to the cave and swam in it. We skipped rocks we brought our own food but you can grill out if You want. You can also camp there. It’s a beautiful park. One of my favorite places in Missouri 🥰🥰
