Superior Victorian Inn — Hotel in Superior

Booked online and realized that it was in the hotel part and not the inn. The pictures while booking showed the inn so I was under the impression that that’s where I would be staying. When I called to ask the person at the front desk told me to cancel my reservation and rebook it through them again. So I canceled the room only to realize it said there’s no refunds so I again called the front desk and the gentleman told me that when I showed up, they would just charge me more money for the other room. He had no idea what he was talking about And what he was gonna charge me extra was well beyond the price of the inn room. I decided to go elsewhere but still ended up having to pay for a room that he told me to cancel. This used to be a fantastic place to stay with great customer service, but I would not recommend...

I’m legally blind and arrived with my registered Guide Dog to this bed and breakfast, where I was met at the front door by the man from the front desk stopping and telling me that they do not accept “pets” in the room that I booked. I confronted them over the fact that my Guide Dog is legally entitled to the same establishments I stay in and enter, and they said that I would have to move to the “pet side” of the Inn instead of the room I paid $30 extra for. They decided to finally let me stay in the room I paid for as long as my Guide Dog “stayed on the blanket” that we brought. I’m extremely upset and disappointed that the staff have no knowledge of ADA laws and will not be patronizing this...

Had been in the car all day, was just looking for a place to settle down for the night, was with my boyfriend and his service dog (he has PTSD). The lady questioned if said dog was actually a service animal (we have the papers by the way!) , and then proceeded to tell us there was no space in the motel for us to stay, there were no cars in the lot but one, and the only people we saw the owners knew; so, it must have been their family. They were rude and had bad attitudes towards us. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Need a place to stay in the area? I recommend driving an extra 10 minutes or so out of superior to Nelson and stay at the ox bow motel, cheap and...
