Unforgettable Blue Ridge Luxury Cabin Rental — Hotel in Talking Rock

The cabin is beautiful. The view is beautiful. We had a few appliance issues....the microwave seemed to have a short - would work sometimes & sometimes not. It was disappointing for a cabin that sleeps 12 there was only table seating for 9. Even with the 3 additional bar top stools in the kitchen we didn't have enough room for the family to have a seat without eating in the living room. It also seemed to have a small hot tub and game room for such a large cabin. (I'll be sure to read those descriptions better next time around) However, the game room did have a nice selection with pingpong and shuffle board available. Seemed odd that the top bunk was left unmade - we were told that was for insurance reasons but we have never experienced that before with BRCR. Most bothersome was the pile of dirty towels and sheets that were left in the laundry room. I'm not sure if housekeeping just didn't check or they forgot them. Not something you want to find is dirty laundry from a previous guest. The kitchen was very nicely stock with everything needed for cooking. The perfect location for a friends getaway! I’ve stayed here both during the summer and the fall. Beyond having the perfect sunset views, the cabin was cozy, clean, and very spacious for our large group. The game room and fire pit outside were perfect activities for the evening.
