Taloga Motel — Hotel in Taloga

21 March 2025:For the price, it was a good quiet motel. For the most part, it is clean. The table & nightstand still had a substance on them, like wood polish cleaner or something & I had to use a rag to clean it off. The owner sounded nice on the phone and never saw her in person. She had me text her my driver license and gave me the code to get into the room. She allowed me to pay cash, which I left on the table, and she was supposed to have emailed me a receipt for my stay, which, as of today, 28 March 2025 I still yet to receive. I guess that's what I get for paying in cash and trying to save a little money. I guess next time I'll pay with a debit and get charged that inconvenience fee just so I have proof I stayed in the hotel. This was not a pleasure stay. It was for work, so I need the receipt.
