South Fork Dirt Riders — Hotel in Taylorville

UPDATE: After the week was over I thought I would give this place a little bit higher of a score. While the things below need to be corrected, the overall experience here in the end was a great time and the staff at the Roost eas above par. **Not ADA friendly....Actualy very rude. I hate to give this place a one star as the grounds are awesome but the owner/staff takes no accountability when an error is made. A simple we screwed up , my apologies was due and instead he created a hostile environment between parties. To add fuel to the situation his final comment to us was to take a few shots and everything would be ok. This issue involves an ADA situation which is the only reason why I am writing this. As a business owner he should have some sort of etiquette and tactfulness. Especially when the issue stemmed from Southfork's lack of planning and communication. Tip: Next time you should have the electric sites set up prior to the first early day since they were paid for. Have an ADA area for those who need a certain protected accommodations, When a issue arises that was at the fault of Southfork be upfront about the situation and save the inappropriate and discrimnitory...

I have been to this place two times and the first time was great but we stayed in a tent. The second time was terrible I reserved a electric camp spot a month before a big event and upon arrival they gave my spot away , then put me in another spot that the electric didnt work at all , then put me in another spot and finally everything was fine until my camper kept kicking their breaker . By this time I'm 4 hours in and just decide to deal with it and ride. After riding for a while I said something to the guy in charge and he was very very very rude to me. The bathrooms and showers where pretty much so nasty you couldn't even use them . Over all everythimg made the whole...

This place was a joke! We purchase the tickets online. They didn't say you had to have a 4 X4 jacked up to feet in the air to go see Aaron Lewis. We emailed them because we couldn't even get in there to see the concert and ended up staying in a crappy hotel room in a town where there is nothing. We emailed them asking for a refund because they did not say you could not have access to a road without a 4 by 4 to watch a concert and they never even contact us back. Pathetic. If you want to go there and mud, I'm sure you'll like it but music...
