DO NOT STAY HERE. ONE STAR IN ORDER TO SUBMIT.. WOULDNT GIVE THEM ONE STAR FOR ANYTHING. ROOMS DONT HAVE SMOKE DETECTORS. ROOMS ARE VERY DINGY, MOLD, NO RUNNING AC. OUR ROOM HAD DIRTY TOWELS LAYING ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR. OUR PILLOWS WERE DISGUSTING WITH DROOL AND SWEAT AND WHATEVER ELSE STAINS. BLANKETS HAD STAINS. THE COUCH WAS DISGUSTING. THE ROOM SAID NON SMOKING, IT TOOK YOUR BREATH AWAY IT STUNK SO BAD OF SMOKE. THIS IS A LOW INCOME APARTMENT BUILDING, BASED ON THE PERMENANT RESIDENCY WE ENCOUNTERED. KIDS LIVING ON PREMISES, RUNNING AROUND IN DIAPERS, SOMEONE GRILLING OUT IN THE PARKING LOT WITH THEIR CAR RUNNING AND MUSIC BLASTING, KIDS RUNNING AROUND HALF NAKED. ANOTHER RESIDENT WALKING AROUND OUT BACK WITH A GOLF CLUB JUST SWINGING IT AROUND HIS HEAD. STORAGE UNITS ON SITE HAVE PEOPLE LIVING IN THEM, POTENTIAL DRUG MAKING GROUNDS. WE BOOKED TWO KING BEDS, UPON ARRIVAL HE TRIED TO MAKE US PAY $20 MORE PER ROOM, FOR ADJOINING ROOMS, WITH TWO QUEEN BEDS. WE ALREADY BOOKED ONLINE. LONG STORY SHORT, WE GOT OUR MONEY BACK.

In all my travels, this was the most disgusting, dirty room I've ever stayed in. See the pictures for proof! Here is a list of the INSANE things I experienced there, starting with the worst: -BEDBUGS!!!! I WAS BITTEN!!! -DIRTY BED SHEETS -BLOOD STAINED TOWEL -DIRTY FLY PAPER HANGING FROM CEILING -FILTHY FLOORS AND SURFACES -SMELLED OF CIGARETTES AND OTHER SUBSTANCES -CIGARETTE AND OTHER BURNS IN CARPET -BROKEN TOILET SEAT -BROKEN SHOWER FAUCET -DIRTY COFFEE MACHINE -GRIMY CHAIRS AND COUCH -LITERAL TRASH AND FOOD IN CREVICES -PEELING WALLPAPER -SCRATCHED UP WALLS AND OTHER SURFACES (THE COUNTER LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE USED A RAZOR BLADE TO CHOP UP DRUGS ON IT) NEVER STAY HERE! This place is a pile of health code violations. They should be put out of business and the building condemned. And do not let children near this place! They could literally get sick and die from fentynal in the carpets.

My room was great, clean, except for no TV, it was a really nice place to stay. On the other hand, my daughter has a room a few doors down. Not so clean, a huge amount of white mold was under their bed along with several pieces of old art work. Odd?? If based on my room, I would say definitely book, if by my daughters, don't. We would have left due to the mold, but she didn't discover it until they had slept there all night. The location is excellent, very quiet, with a dollar general right across the street. I've reviewed motels all over the country and I am perplexed as to how to rate this one. It's a gamble.

My esteemed wife and I decided to take a break from our pedestrian, sheltered lives, and visit one of the brilliant pulses of America’s heartland: Thomson, IL. When we arrived at our lodging for the evening, we were treated to a most wonderful game. Instead of checking in at a front desk like some sort of peasant, we were tasked with searching for our key. The concierge contacted me via telephone, and the search was on! He asked for my credit card information, but I played it coy. I didn’t want to get into our room that easily. We were then told to visit room 27, and look for our key in the drawer underneath the television. “What sport!” I thought. I opened the drawer, and there it was but the search wasn’t over yet. I gave the man my credit card information, and our transaction was thought to be completed. I hung up, and we began to bring in our earthly possessions. My cellular telephone then rang again! What fun! The concierge informed us that despite leaving the key in room 27, we were actually staying in room 37. So sneaky! We laughed.

Upon entering our room. We realized that this truly was a place befit for royalty. A must in the air greeted us like an old friend, and a small hole in the wall made us feel like a guardian angel would be watching over us throughout our stay. The peeling wall paper, showing the graceful age of the locale. The spattered telephone, with what we believe to be an extremely affordable ravioli. The deadbolt on the door, missing only half of its mechanism. A slightly glittered arm chair sitting next to the door, fulfilling its purpose as both a method of relaxation and a barricade. I could go on about the many wonderful amenities at the executive inn, but alas it’s time to discuss its true strength: proximity.

Some lesser establishments would boast of their proximity to nearby towns, sporting arenas, or natural wonders. Upon exiting our vehicle, we were treated to the views of a most intriguing place. Lights as far as the eye could see, towers perched upon a rolling berm, and walls that could even make the greatest dictators blush. “A calaboose!” we thought. All of sudden it clicked. This was no mere pillow to place our weary heads, but a prime perch to view our comrades in the midst of their rehabilitation. Maybe this place could be seen as a relaxing haven for those looking to wait for the release of their kin, or for a romantic rendezvous? As the sun rose, and a wink of sleep barely earned, we looked upon our rented throne room and asked ourselves “do we deserve to return to this well-worn abode?” Only...

The place was disgusting. It has roaches and smell’s like crap. I would’ve asked for my money back and left but reading other reviews they stated they won’t give you a refund so I didn’t want to even go down that road. I did end up leaving a day early because I couldn’t take it anymore. Then two days later after I left, they had the nerve to charge me $20 on the card I paid with for dirty towels 😂 can you believe that dirty freaking towels like they care about cleanliness and the only reason why the towels were dirty is because you couldn’t walk around on the floor for more than one minute without your feet turning dark black they were so gross and sticky. Trust me, I recommend paying the extra $20 $30 to go to a better place. This place isn’t worth your money or time and now I have to replace my card because I don’t trust them to just make up more charges, so they like to steal from people too. You think the price is a good deal but buyer beware you get what you pay for but the extra bs chargers is ridiculous I will be calling the...
