My wife and I booked a stay for the weekend- We couldn't have made a better choice. Our host, Andy, was an absolute riot- a man with a heart of gold and the gift of gab! I could've spent my whole weekend just listening to the Man while my wife played with his service dog Dixie. The cabin itself is a cozy and very homey, as my wife would describe- "Quaint, cute, homey (like I said), had all the necessities and a good view". It's close to some lovely lakes and a mighty river (compared to what we have in the Swamp Yankee flatlands) and you can rent Kayaks from Pine Valley Cabins to really explore those lakes and rivers. There are fire pits if you want to have a fire as well as a pool and personally I like flags and there's a vibrant and often rotating display of flags welcoming everyone from every corner of the world! This is a no smoking and narcotics facility so it's quite class (Held to a higher standard). There's a lot of great places near by too such as Benton's Sugar Shack and a few others if you're looking for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The cabins do have WiFi and TV and the kitchen had a microwave, mini fridge, sink, and stove top provided in the Cabin(s). Upon our last day checking out with a smile we kept saying how we can't wait to book again next...

Just stayed there over the weekend for the Boogie Festival. The welcoming we got when we arrived Friday afternoon was terrible. I understand we arrived a little before check in so we decided to have a little lunch at the picnic table low and behold the owner came over to us and spoke to us so nasty ordering us to get our car off his property reminding us of the check-in time and to get off the property and come back at check-in time at two o’clock. If it weren’t for the festival I would’ve left. I understand and have compassion for his sick wife but you don’t talk to people the way he did. It was awful. Than we come back check-in unload the car go to the festival upon our return at 10 pm I noticed there were NO linens in the bathroom we call the office Saturday morning only for them to tell us they’re not supplied if I had any idea I would’ve brought our own towels. This place was such a disappointment I wouldn’t go back there if...

We checked in being a Hispanic family of 5 and automatically were verbally attacked because we didn't know the limit per cabin was four. Whoever the old short man was not sincere or sympathetic in any way. We were there with our kids and he proceeded to talk about if our cabin was to burn down and all of our 5 dead bodies were found by the fire department then he slapped his hand like thats the trouble he would be in he began to keep ranting on about how there is too many people repeatedly instead of asking us to leave kindly we said we would leave he said he we all couldn't enter the cabin together to grab our stuff after we already unpacked he stood at the door watching our every move making it superrrrr uncomfortable i will never ever recommend this place especially if whoever that scum bag is still working there and if i could give 0...

Why rent a room in a hotel when you can have a CABIN to yourself?! After deciding not to waste money on a hotel with no facilities, we booked Pine Valley for our NYE weekend getaway. The cabin was comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. And SO quiet. Minutes from Woodstock it was easy to pick up anything we did need, visit our fave restaurant, and hit the trails for some stunning January hiking. Andy was so welcoming and friendly - he even saved us a bit in fuel costs by recommending an affordable stop! He IRONS the pillowcases - the attention to detail and comfort are wonderful. WiFi is great, too! We will be back!

Showed up there on a weekday and was greeted by a very nice man named Andy. Place was clean and very quiet. Coffee in the am was very peaceful. You do have to bring your own towels which I knew in advance. Had a wonderful time as it's very close to Lincoln and the Kancamagus. Andy also had a very cute and living dog Dixie who was kind enough to pose for a photo.

Andy met us when we pulled up. He was very friendly and gave us really good recommendations on great dining options. The cabin is very quaint, but clean, comfortable, and well stocked with linens, kitchen items, even a hairdryer in the bathroom. It was SO peaceful there, and a great location to visit the White Mountain area. Would definitely recommend!
