My parents park here every time they visit Tomball, great place, great staff. They are really concerned about you and your stay - they even pray for my Dad when he was ill. The pull through slots are great and they have a store here with some things you may need as well as propane. There is a Chevron right across the street as well plus a laundry room.

Very well maintained 200 site park with spacious sites. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice rec room with large TV, ATM, vending machine, cable tv and outstanding coffee machine. Laundry room has many machines. My only complaint is that internet is very slow and really not usable. Entrance is easy to miss at night, not well lite.

We enjoyed our stay here. All sites are fully concreted with extra wide pads and pull through with full hookups. Really pretty and peaceful here. I was told you have to pay by the minute to use the showers so beware of that, otherwise great place to camp.

I lived here for a few years. Why would I stay if I gave it two stars? Because my husband works in town and it was the closest place to where he works.

Good points:

Free Wi-Fi through park that works most of the time.

Free ice and a coffee maker that's free

The washer and dryer area is 24/7 access and it's fairly well maintained.

Air conditioned office space with a few large TVs that you can use anytime

Bad points:

The office manager hates kids, I was told many many times that school age kids aren't allowed. If you do have a kid don't let them go play in the yard, don't let them watch cartoons, the manager will then ask you to not keep kid toys outside at all or be around other guests.

The main office area is well kept, but no one goes in the back TV areas because the area smells like smoke so bad

The lake is supposed to be catch and release, but it's not kept up at all

I was there when the back area was being built and it used it be blackberries and swap area plus a retention pond and they just had trucks of dirt come in and fill the retention area so now when it rains really hard there isn't anywhere for all that to go plus the back area is going to settle really bad

If you have an older Rv they will treat you badly. They won't come out and say it, but there are very much favorite people. Some get nice shady spots or spots close to the office or get to pick which area they want to be in and the rest of you have to deal with whatever you get and better not complain.

The street beside it is getting very busy so going across the street to grab a beer or a taco can get dangerous.

When they took out the blackberries they put fences up everywhere so now the deer that like to roam around you can't see as much. You can't just take a nice long walk in the woods because much of the woods is now covered in water where the water is trying to find somewhere to go. The place used to have lots of trees, but now you just see the hospital.

The office isn't always...

Reserved our stay here as it's close to some friends we are visiting. Friendly staff on check in. Very helpful, answered all of our questions. The lounge is nice, large chairs and big screen TV. This is also the area for the laundry and two showers. The second lounge has a single bathroom/shower, TV and free ice machine. Our site was at the back of the park among the long term guests. WIFI and Cable. Cable no issue, but WIFI would be 50/50. Told they recently had work done on the network, but the staff couldn't guarantee we could connect from our site. No issue if we came and used the lounge. We were able to connect to wifi but would frequently be dropped from the network, so we managed. As stated earlier, bathrooms/showers are in the main office building, but no mention on the website having to pay for a shower. They were also dirty - not sure that amount of dirt/hair/etc., could have accumulated in a day, so it may be fair to say they are not cleaned daily. Showers and having to pay are the two reasons for our lower than 4/5 star rating. Don't mind paying, just want to know up front instead of when we went to use the shower. Our site is large - it's a pull through. Lots of space on either side if we had a slide out. Trouble connecting to water. Not sure why parks have the facet low to the ground. Many small rigs have to connect a water filter directly to the facet instead of to their rig. Not possible at our site. We plan to visit the area again and would consider staying here if we could get a site closer to the...

It’s Clean. They enforce code. Gets mowed once a week. Laundry room is great. No Internet at my site or anyone elses. My first month electric bill was $310.00. The do give you a $125 credit towards it. But my 2,500 sq ft home has never been over $300. They advertise a pond but it’s like 15ft by 15ft haven for turtles, snakes and skeeters.

The price does not match the amenities. Add in Internet $50 and the electric bill your at $800 a month in the Summer Months.

I lived here for 18 months: Had a small fridge that I had washed and was let to air dry maybe 2 hrs after I washed it. Got a call My tire was on the grass about 10 inches off the driveway for about an hour. Got a call They decided to ban fire pits about a month after I bought one for $100. I didn't use it but got a call that they saw one and wanted to make sure I new the rules. They sent an email out they were requesting we all wrap their water spickets that we have our campers connected too. When I let them know that I would not be able to do that for them a lady berated me over the phone about it. She called me back to back 4 different times within 5 minutes.

So I finally move out of this place and gave them notice before hand. I show up today to check if any mail had come in, and the lady tells me I owe an electric bill. What??? You guys are connected to my bank account and have been taking my rent and electric every payments every month for the last 18 months. Why did you not just do the same for this instance. So...
