Glampful is a perfect name for this outdoor experience full of glamorous touches! Take the stress out of camping by experiencing the best of any vacation: the coziness and friendliness of a bed and breakfast, the luxury of hotel style amenities, and the refreshing scenery of being immersed at a campsite. First time visit and now a forever member! (Longer review below) Glampful's staff was spot on. Kesha assured that our stay had what we needed to feel comfortable and Cody took part in making everything go as smoothly as possible. Both their families were amazing to interact with and added to that friendly community feeling at Glampful. • Pick up and drop off of our bags and gear (from our vehicles to our site) was seamless and well-appreciated. • Hot, private, and tidy bathrooms/showers with the added touch of fresh towels and bath mats for guests was something, I'd never experienced at any other camping location! 🫧 • Staff knew us by name and greeted us at every chance and asked about our adventures/stay. (Also helped with feeling safe at our site) • Weekly Communal S'mores Campfire are a must to get to know your camping neighbors or snag a sweet treat before heading back to your site for the evening. • Continental breakfast on the weekends provided one less thing for us to think of on our trip allowing time to sleep in and enjoy slow mornings. • Luxury linens and warm duvets on our beds felt fabulous! • Outdoor cooking area had everything from pots and pans to tableware. (If you're a campfire cook like me bring your own knives and cutting boards but the ones on site are good in a pinch!) Being near the Adirondacks campers have their choice of enjoying the trails and open areas at Glampful or can drive out for different adventures like local blueberry farms in the summer, whitewater rafting or state parks. Glampful is pet friendly but do call to get their full policy. This small family owned and operated business takes pride in what they do and they love Glampful with their whole heart! It shows in every aspect from check-in, day to day needs, how they treat their guests, to post check-out. Help keep stunning hidden gems like this alive by taking care of your site and shared spaces. It was worth every dollar! Looking forward to my next booking!

Glampful gave us an amazing opportunity to get away with the family for some fun outdoor experiences. They created a worry free atmosphere where we could disconnect from the day to day and get closer to nature. They took care of everything, providing hotel like accomodations in an off-grid atmosphere, but not to worry if you need some electricity or wifi it is avail at the lodge along with hot showers and coffee!! We had a huge furnished tent with linens and comforters to keep us warm and comfortable. We had a great outdoor kitchen with drinking water, water/soap for washing dishes that they provide along with pots and pans to cook with on the bbq stove. The site came complete with tiki torches, table and fire pit. They took care of us in a way only a family run business can, with that extra personal touch which made all the difference. Our kids had so much fun playing with Glampful's Chief Play Officers, they also loved the camps dog, who greeted them with friendly barks everytime they visited the lodge area. Another big hit with the kids was the communal camp fire that is held on Saturday nights, with anyone in camp who wants to attend, complete with popcorn and s'mores. We will definitely be returning with family and friends to enjoy some more outdoor fun with the Glampful family!

I came up with friends who are new to "camping," so we decided to try Glamping. The tent was spacious and set up perfectly, so everyone was comfy, even on cold nights. We got so lucky to see the last Super moon of the year, the Hunter moon, and we also saw the A3 comet. The hand-drawn map on the back of the local recommendations helped find the perfect viewpoint, Stargaze Hill. Cody made check-in a breeze, he even helped us get our bags to our tent and showed us how to use the heater and everything at our site. We set up our fire in the evenings and use the grill to heat some food. There was even a Halloween Pumpkin carving and communal smores night. The weekend breakfasts at the Main cottage had a great spread and variety of food. The bathhouse and restrooms were clean and a bonus when camping. Even the port o potties were clean! I can't wait to come again next season. One little tip I suggest is to bring a carabiner so you can hang your electric lamp up inside the middle of your tent. We also forgot a cooler to keep some things cold.

Glampful (adj.): that glass-half-full feeling you get from comfy outdoor camping.

Owners Cody and Nate delivered on a unique brand of outdoorsy hospitality that surprised me, transformed me, and left me feeling more relaxed, revived, and refreshed than I even thought possible.

I love nature, but I’m less outdoorsy than I think (or my dating profile would suggest). Is that a whippoorwill, you ask? I have no idea. But when friends suggested a Girls Weekend at Glampful, I recognized a good time when I heard one.

No complaints. The rains held off. The fall colors were Meh. Yet, our gracious hosts helped provide all the comforts the four of us needed for an end-of-season mid-October stay—from a warm welcome, propane heater($) and firewood bundles($) to the scrumptious breakfasts and communal campfire (w/s’mores galore) Saturday evening.

I renewed my appreciation for indoor plumbing with every hot shower and found the toiletries and plush bath mats and towels added a nice dose of luxury.

The beds were cozy and comfortable with quality linens and warm weighty blankets. And despite our initial Goldilocks moments when things were either too soft, too warm, or too cold, we adjusted well and were just right in no time.

The value of this experience depends on perspective. There are the 50 acres of natural beauty, of course. And while Glampful was more affordable than other options, the experience was worth more than just pretty views, starry nights, and bang for the buck.

Feeling gratitude for my friendships, the memories made, adventures had, laughs shared, and stories told made it SO worth the time.

And while limited wifi and intermittent coverage still allowed reminders to come through that our messy, unpredictable lives were waiting at home, one thing held true: Nature heals.

One weekend. Four friends. The great outdoors. When the smoke finally cleared and I plucked the last fleck of toasted marshmallow from my hair, I found my Glampful experience brought my friends closer, left my spirit renewed, and put me in a much better place for whatever...
