We stayed at Devil's River Campground in Maribel, Wisconsin. This is more of a campground than a resort. All of the nightly sites back up to the swimming pond. We did not swim in it but lots did. The roads are gravel, 30 amp only and dump station. It is very convenient to Milwaukee and Door County. The grounds are nice and have a historic town at the entrance. There is also a creek with a waterfall. If you are looking for something fancy, this is not the place to go but we were good with it. The laundry room was inexpensive and fine to get laundry caught up. Shower house...

Can't say enough good things about this place. Looking for a campground near maribel caves I came across this place and what a gem. Owner Bob and his staff were very nice and accommodating. Sites are large very well maintained with mature trees for shade. We happened to be right off the pond beach and it was a blast for my 4 kiddos and my buddies 4 kids, they practically lived in the pond for 3 days. Water and electric on site a plus, being tent campers we only utilized water. We will definitely be...

Great place to camp! The owner was so kind, and even showed my family a tour of the historical water mill building. The campground is right on the river, so you can just walk to the rapids and explore the area. Nearby is the Maribel Cave county park to explore, too. The campground had a pond to swim in, clean bathrooms/showers, and since we camped during the week, not many campers and lots of room to roam. Wouldn't recommend bringing bikes, but...

Beautiful campground. All the reservable sites have spectacular spacing. Love that the water has two spigots on each pole. Pond swimming was great. Trail was fantastic. Just a short drive to Maribel Caves, too. Web presence leaves a bit to be desired, but it is clear that they put their energy into the campground and not the marketing. Once you have been on site, you realize they don't need to market themselves any more than they already do!
