I stayed with Creekside Collective this past weekend and it was a dream! I could not recommend it more. The area and grounds are gorgeous, with a creek onside that you can hike down to and dip or fish in! Kate and Ed are extremely lovely people and welcome you with open arms. Ed is a magician in the kitchen and his dishes are delicious, you must try his incredible pizzas, they are delicious!! The tent was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, and each tent has electricity which is so helpful to have a light when it's dark out and to charge any electronics for the next day. There is incredible hiking nearby, lovely farmstands and breweries a quick drive away, and even the most lovely and refreshing swimming hole and waterfall about a mile down the road and a quick hike away! I enjoyed my stay very much, it gave me the reprieve from my routine that I needed, and gave me the reset I didn't know I was looking for. Spending so many hours outdoors just does something to the soul, and Creekside Collective made it so easy and comfortable to do that with the amenities that they offer. There is a bath house onsite that has full showers, stocked already with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! They even provide towels if you forgot yours! I could not recommend Creekside more, especially to explore the Catskills and the farms...
Read moreI had the pleasure of spending a night with my two kids (ages 5 & 8) in Tent 6. The glamping setup is a perfect balance between rustic and luxurious. The tents are spacious and clean, with thoughtful touches like string lights and comfortable bedding. The beautiful bathhouse nearby made it easy for the littles to brush their teeth, shower and use the restroom.
The on-site restaurant is a real highlight. Chef Ed is amazing. We tried the wood-fired pizza and the house-made desserts — both were exceptional. Oh and the Charred Broccoli was to DIE FOR!
The owners are incredibly warm and attentive. You can tell they truly care about creating a memorable experience.
This is a perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind in nature without sacrificing comfort or good food. It’s clear that this small business pours heart and soul into everything they do. We cant...
Read moreWe spent the day at Creekside Collective and had the best time!! Kate was gracious enough to guide us down the trail to the creek and my kiddos had a blast playing in the water. For lunch we order every pizza on the menu and enjoyed them all! My kids loved the Brazilian cheese bread and the Margherita pizza the most, and my favorite was the Bianca (hot and sweet)! We tried all the desserts and when Chief Ed asked my toddler which treat she enjoyed the most, he received the biggest compliment; she pointed to the chocolate mousse and then the cremeux and said “this is the one I like the most, but this is my favorite!” We can’t wait to come back to stay the night and try the other entrees! So happy we found a new favorite hideaway in...
