This is the most incredible camping resort our family has ever been to! From the staff, to the facilities, to the activities, all were absolute top notch. We were so sad to leave but truly thankful to have found this wonderful place. In fact, while at our last camping spot of our 2 week vacation, one of my children commented that he would much rather work at Niagara campground compared to the one we were staying simply bc he compared the staffs attitudes and demeanors and saw a difference. You left an impression on him!

As for the review of 1 star from a woman stating she experienced hateful prejudice from the staff, my husband has asked me to respond. While I cannot speak towards her first 5 minutes, I can attest to several situations that our family and others witnessed. Upon entering the beach area, a sign clearly states no dogs allowed on the beach, which is why ours was left in the RV. The guest's dog was seen running and jumping on others while muddy and very dirty causing towels and clothing to become filthy. At some point the dog became loose and was not watched while it crossed the entire beach area and ended up by the pools. A staff member came and very kindly instructed the guest that her dog could not be allowed to wander. The guest became irate but not before yelling, ONCE AGAIN, at her 9 year old daughter for allowing the dog to get loose. (This was after she yelled at her and allowed everyone to hear that her daughter was being sent to finishing school bc she got frightened when their car alarm went off) The staff member handled her belligerent and angry behavior while she repeatedly dropped f-bombs over and over with kindness and RESPECT, calmly responding to her never raising his voice to be heard above hers. He even referred to her as "ma'am" multiple times. Our final experience with this guest was when she and her friends were leaving the beach, she continued to go on loudly about prejudice and discrimination then locked eyes with OUR 10 year old daughter and stated that she should come back and shoot all of the prejudiced people because she "has a license to do so." Our children were filled with fear at this outrageous and irrational threat. In that moment the police should have been called and a formal complaint filed against this guest. It needs to be stated that the only person on that beach who verbally interacted with this guest was the staff member. To make a collective threat of that magnitude speaks towards the character and soundness of mind of the guest. That one star review should be NULL AND VOID.

Keep up the amazing work Branches of Niagara! You are first class all the...

Great quiet, relaxing campground! Very beautiful location with tons of shade trees, easy to find, close to the falls. Staff were so friendly & helpful.

Lots for kids/adults to do, lake beach, nice big playground, mini golf, lazy river pool & large swimming pool with a fountain as well as single & quad bike rentals, boat rentals & 2 ziplines(it was broken when we were there unfortunately) activities(games, crafts throughout the day & wagon ride nightly)

Bathrooms were attatched to laundry rooms and there were many bathroom cabins spread throughout the campground all the ones we used were very clean. Campers around us were very nice & respectful. golf carts were allowed but not very many had them. Large campsites with space for kids to play in the grass & plenty of room to back our 17' van and 37' trailer with no issues as well as space between other sites & trash/recycle bins with wooden lids that open easy with a hinge spread throughout the campground as well so it's easy to keep clean.

Nice cabins & tent sites near trailer sites so families could be together even if they don't have an rv.

Pools were a little dirty but the grounds around them were clean. Lots of grassy areas, almost level campsites just a little adjustments. Nice fenced dog park(we didn't get a chance to go see it close up) General store was great! It had tons of souvenirs to shop as well as the necessities needed for camping, games, toys, blankets, jewelry and so much more. They also had groceries available (milk, eggs, bread, s'mores supplies, ice cream, etc.) We felt the firewood & bike rentals were a little expensive(this is our 7th campground this summer from across the country as far as Utah)but also one of the best campgrounds we've been to.

We would definitely come back if we come this way again! One suggestion.....we like taking pictures with our camper in front & there is no sign for us to do this. There is a beautiful sign on the street but no way for us to stop & take a picture. A nice big sign by the general store would be...

We chose this campground because it is Close to Niagara Falls. They have Good full hook ups with consistent power, flow & pressure & the hook ups are in very good condition. No issues there..,We Didnt appreciate stepping out of our airstream into wet muddy grass after it rained. The gravel is barely enough for the hookup side of the spot. Picnic table was gross, warped & literally rotted out in too many spots so we didn’t use it. Don’t expect to find a water fountain or dog poop bags anywhere. Beware: There were toxic red/orange colored mushrooms in the small dog park that I had to remove myself, because I Was afraid my dogs would eat it. They charged us for each pet & sent an email requiring vax records 2 days before our arrival. (Excuse me if there are cats in peoples RVs who do not go outside, it’s none of your business). Our dogs were up to date with their required shots. But they tried to get us to fill out additional vax info while we were there. They charged us a $75 amenity fee for 4 nights although we did not use the canoes or swim in the murky gray area they called a beach. And the activities are all for little kids not adults. The campground’s online site also sneakily takes you to another entity (spotTonight) to do the final payment to your booking and then you have to go to them if there are any issues like the kids amenity fee we paid for 4 adults? Which I have not been refunded yet. Other than that the store is nice & well stocked, they have ice, the grounds are beautiful, bathrooms well kept & camp is located 12-15 mins to Niagara Falls. We had the triangular spot #31 by the family bathrooms with showers and that worked out well for us & our 28 ft airstream. We unfortunately arrived late at night & were greeted by a very helpful park staff/ranger with his Atv/cart who helped us back in our trailer in the dark. Thankful for him! He is a huge plus for this place & deserves to be recognized. I hope this review helps you. Please click “the thumbs up” or like...

It's a great family campground. They had different events and activities for the kids and adults. The campground is clean and quiet. The cabins are cozy. The only part I didn't like is specifically regarding our cabin #8. Our grill was literally next to the bushes all the way in the back. Not only it's a fire hazard but if we wanted to throw something on the grill in the evening it's quite creepy. Definitely animals living there as at night we heard plenty of noises. Cabins don't have ANY cooking equipment or electronics except an air conditioner and a mini fridge so we couldn't cook during our stay at all. Make sure to bring a propane stove or something to set up outside. There is no heating in the cabin either so if you are coming during off season like we did bring a small electric heater. I think they should of at least had a mini microwave maybe a coffee pot in the cabins considering the asking price. This is by far the most I have spent for a cabin and we are regular campers. Outside of that the cabins are very cute and clean. Just have to make sure you are prepared. The campground does have a decent size store where you can get some essentials including food to cook. They offer paddle cart and kayak rentals as well.
