We absolutely loved our stay at the Saratoga Farmstead B&B, even if it was just for one night! The property is stunning, set on nine beautiful acres that make you feel like you're deep in the countryside, yet it's only a quick five-minute drive from all the action in downtown Saratoga Springs.
We stayed in the Saratoga room, which was so charming and cozy. The private porch was a real treat – the perfect spot to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. The entire staff was wonderful, but we have to give a special shout-out to Allison, the proprietor, who was so welcoming and friendly.

And finally, although I told them we are vegetarian when I checked in, everybody got the same breakfast each day, which for us included runny eggs and bacon on both days, and the veggie elements happened to have ingredients we're not too fond of like mushrooms and mushy potatoes. But in all fairness, we are somewhat picky eaters and I bet many people would have liked the breakfast. We would have much preferred something like bagels/pastries and yogurt, or...
