We have gone to Fay Lake resort since I was a child. We have brought our children here since they were born and hope to soon bring grandchildren there. The resort is quiet and rustic. My children learned to spend a week fishing swimming playing volleyball and enjoy the natural beauty that only Fay Lake provides. They met lifelong friends and are in their 20's and still can't wait to go every year and stay in a cabin with their parents. This place holds a special place in our hearts that you don't get at some fancy high tech hotel. Dan and Diane and many of the people we have met going to Fay Lake are noe considered family. Beautiful getaway in the North Woods - we have spent every Labor Day for years at Fay Lake Resort and have also gone in the Spring just because we missed it. Love sleeping over the water, sitting on the cabin deck, walking in the woods, enjoying the pool, and socializing in the resort's knotty pine bar - true Wisconsin! Dan & Diane take care of our extended family like we are their own. I don't even fish, but I appreciate that when my family is fishing right off the cabin deck, I can just sit and watch!
